I hate leaving bad reviews and perhaps my experience was a one-off bad experience, but this was the worst pad thai I've ever had. I travel a lot around the country and frequently get pad thai, and this was simply the worst bland tasting pad thai I've ever had. No sweet, no sour, no salty, no spice, just bland with a weird burnt taste, like burned chicken or something strange. I would have returned but was eating with others and didn't want them to question their food or not enjoy the experience. I ordered medium spicy and had no spice at all. Presentation of the dish brought me in after seeing on Google but was a big disappointment. Of my two friends, one said his dish was great, the other said average/good. Maybe I had bad luck. Though the service may be overwhelmed at times, the staff are kind and patient, and the food is well worth the wait. Our last order included the chicken Pad Thai and vegetable spring rolls, both of which were made from scratch and had delicious, bold flavors.
