Bojangles — Restaurant in Shelby

Came through the drive thru, placed my order, this person was kind, he is the reason for the 1star. Paid for extra frosting on bo-berry biscuits, opened box and very little frosting had been added. I waited until the lady opened the window and asked why I didn’t get the extra, she said to me…that’s all I had up here and would need to go get more so closed the window, proceeded to stand ignore me so I waited until she re opened the window and asked did she have a problem getting the frosting that I ordered? She then accompanied by a manager said I don’t have a problem getting more to which the manager informed me that 5 lines of frosting is all that comes on it. I said look I’ll pay for the frosting, I had already paid so I was offering to pay again! Window shut in face again and when they came back the frosting was chunky and cold and the manager was so rude to me as if I’d inconvenienced her by making sure I got what I ordered. While the food was decent, they messed up my order and left out a biscuit. When I checked the order and showed it to them, they said they knew they put it in there and that I was lying. They said they knew this because I had opened the bag from the stickers being torn apart. Well, how TF are you supposed to check your order without opening the bag? So, took my money, messed up my order, wouldn't fix it, and called me a liar - 3 strikes in one go. I will not be back at any Bojangles after this as they all seem to suffer from the same issues non-stop. This is nowhere near my first time having issues with this store. There are too many good options ever to give them my money again. Also, it just wasn't that clean, so I guess I should have expected what I got. Wish I could give zero stars! Tried to order a chicken sandwich... "we are out" (so we ordered a cajun filet biscuit instead), tried to order unsweet tea... "we dont have any", tried to order sweet potato pies.... "it will be 15 minites" (so I didn't order. 10 minutes later I get some of the food I did order and I get told "do you want a different biscuit someone took the last cajun filet". All this would have been bad enough but every statements was delivered with a rude why are you bothering me attitude. Not one "sorry", not one smile and we were being OVERLY nice just to see if it would be reciprocated at all... NOPE! This Cashier had the worst attitude of anyone I have dealt with in long time!!
