I hardly ever review places because half the time it’s a hit or miss on experiences in any restaurant but today was the nail in the coffin for this location. From the drive thru person taking the order (I believe her name was Jennifer) to the person at the register window the attitude was ridiculous and that’s an understatement. Whoever is in charge of the hiring process has no idea how to do it. We were the only vehicle at the drive thru and I only ordered one sandwich and the time it took for them was atrocious and to top it off I decided to check the sandwich based off the services provided and I had no toppings! I really hope people take the time out to read these reviews because I see a lot that coincide with my terrible experience here. I see why the only sign they have up is a sign about people being nice to the staff. The poor staff have to deal with a terribly run restaurant and have to deal with customers who were not informed at all about the many changes that are going on. On top the quality of food is very low compared to other subways near by. Read moreWe stopped to get a sub to take home. When we entered, there was NO ONE around the front counter they were all in the back laughing and cutting up. They were so loud the had no idea we were even in the building!. We had to finally use our keys to click on the glas counter to get some ones attention. They couldn't even hear us when we said hello. Finally 2 employees came out still laughing. Finally with subs in hand we left and didn't even get a "thank you" or "come back". IF we ever go back in there, I hope they aren't working then.
