Starbucks — Restaurant in Shenandoah

Every time I go to this location, it seems very disorganized and very slow. Maybe this locations needs more staff. My experience this morning made me post this review. Waiting for my latte, I noticed someone blowing their nose and not washing their hands after. I decided not to bring it up with the manager but address directly with the staff member. The staff member was very defensive and not apologetic and when I walked out the door he made a point of screaming good-bye across the room. The staff member told me that blowing their nose was a part of being human. I believe when serving the public, after blowing your nose, hands should be washed, is also a part of being a health conscious human. Buyer BEWARE. The items on the menu are priced differently than they are at the register. When I pointed out that there was a discrepancy between the menu price and what I was charged, a man (that I believe to be the manager) told me to "Take it up with corporate. We don't set the prices." I recommended that they at least change the prices next to the menu items, but the man shrugged me off. I was going to return my order and ask for a refund, but the poor young barista seemed completely confused. I told her it was okay and not to worry about it. Feeling sorry for her, I kept what I had. Store was very clean. Every employee were nice. The two employees that stand out the most are Mia and Jesse. I am very picky according to my wife. I always order the same thing....java chip or mocha cookie crumble with a espresso shot. Mia made my drink perfectly. I wish I would have taken a picture but it was so good it was gone in a matter of minutes. You would think how can someone screw up on coffee but you'd be surprised. So it's nice to find one that makes it good. The other, Jesse, was extremely nice. Very talkative. I think he may be new there. The manager needs to give these baristas a raise.
