Literally NO one spoke to me until I walked to counter to check out and the very first words spoken to me were āDo you have a phone number?ā
No one cared if I found what I was looking for, did I need any help?
In fact no one has any idea why I came to the store or what I was looking for.
Your products are spot-on!
Todays customer service was clearly substandard.
There were 3 people workingā¦one was on his cell ( not work conversation) one lady was folding clothes talking to the guy on the phone and the kid behind the register seemed to have no clue (or very limited)
Pls provide some additional customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey had a much better selection and a much more attentive sales staff than did the Willowbrook location I visited on the day before, I left the Willowbrook store without even considering a purchase there and at the Woodlands location I was able to find 3 very nice button up long sleeves, a nice polo a pack of t-shirts and a couple pairs of jeans. Spent a little more than I was looking to spend, but, what I got today was definitely worth the extra money and the drive to this location. I will not return to the Willowbrook store at all, but I will make the longer drive to the Woodlands location...

I don't understand why any company would advertise something for sale online, when it is not in stock. When I went into the store to pick up the part of my order that was shipped, I did some other shopping, and was pleased with that. For a store this size, I could only see that one sales associate was on duty, and that is clearly not enough. It seems like that would create more problems...
