The shopping center itself is good. The bad thing about it is, is the security. I had a Hummer pull out in front of us, so I honked at the Hummer, then at the round about the hummer slammed on his brakes for no reason, so I again honked. Then he did the same thing so I honked again. I turned off he he kept going straight. So, I get to the pet store and pull in the parking spot and we started walking to the pet store and we got acrossed the street, then some one behind said come here. I looked around and there was security behind my car. So I walk back across thinking he was going to ask me about the hummer, He asked " What is your first name?" So I gave it. Then asked "What is your last name?" I asked him, " Why?" He repeated himself, "What is you last name?" I repeated my question,"Why?" He said "You were driving erratic." I said "How was I driving erratic?" The security guard said "You were honking at everyone." I then said "No I was honking at the Hummer that cut me off and slammed on his breaks." He said, "Yeah I saw him, and he also had his turn signal on and turned the opposite way." I said "yep that was the one" He then told me "you were honking at everyone else." I had repeated myself again, "No I honked at the hummer that cut me off and slammed on his breaks in front of me a couple of times." The guard then told me, "I haave already banned 8 other people from the parking lot today" All I replied was "OK". He then said "By honking you are disturbing the peace." I told him, "I guess I won't honk at anyone again." He told me that he would let me off with a warning, OH THANKS because I wouldn't want to be banned from the parking lot. It seams to me the guards have nothing better to do, so instead of going after the one that was cutting people off and causing the real problems he would rather go after the one that had to honk at them... I placed two orders for announcements with this company. The first order was as expected. I needed more graduation announcements for my son's high school graduation. When I received the second order. They were of horrible quality and printed on regular paper card stock you would purchase from Office Depot. I was so embarrassed to send those announcements out. I contacted Jostens for a refund and asked to send them back. I was told they would only provide a 20.00 refund for those crappy announcements! Then a month later I never received the refund by check! I contacted them and they had no idea about the refund. I requested a supervisor and they placed me on the line with a supervisor poser that had no authority! They finally listened to the call to confirm my refund after placing me on hold for several minutes. i then requested a full refund instead. I was told they would call back with the decision from a supervisor. I did not receive a call and had to call them back 4 hrs later! I requested a real supervisor and she was rude and stated they would only provide a $20.00 refund and now requested I send the announcements back to them for a full refund. They were not providing a return label. I already paid for announcements form VISTA PRINT(Better Quality and cheaper BTW) and had to rush the delivery because of their poor quality announcement they sent me. I was not about to give them another dime of my money. I doubt they will send me a refund. Beware, they are not a great company, poor customer service and poor quality. i would suggest to order your announcements else where!!! Nothing was resolved. I have an issue with the parking in front of something special store and nail shop, i cant park in handy cap due to somthing special truck parked in handy cap spot as well as had blocked off 5 spots next to it in front of the store, saying children at play, there is no daycare so i dont understand this, also there is a big white moving truck, illegally parked over night there. i couldnt drive my chevy through the parking lot. i am very upset and need that handy cap spot. when i called to complain to store called, something special, they were rude to me, and told me the truck belonged to a regular customer so that makes it ok .
