Pretty sure i caught the drive through girl taking picture of my card. (Im not positive because her back was turned ). It’s worth looking into I’d rather say something and be wrong than say nothing and be right. I pulled all my money off and ordered a new card so it can’t be done. My food and drinks were by the window. She took my card turned her back to me was in the corner with something in each hand my card being one. Did nothing food related another girl stood in front of her blocking the view of coworkers and starred at me. They weren’t talking because her mouth didn’t move. She just watched me. My food was ready and paid for there was no reason to take my card turn her back. When I pulled off she pulled her phone out to check. Wensday 3:15pm January 8th shango pa Arby’s drive through. In the drive threw to the left off the fountain drink machine Waiting for a fraud charge. I just changed my card because of that and I go regularly. Check your statements if you been there if I have one I’ll be back. I can’t say for certain but there was no need for that. They might not use it but they can sell it to be used on blank cards or cash app. I know a scam when I see one. My card should been handed back not turn around to a corner doing nothing with food and the other girl standing right in front of her starting at me and not talking. The cameras need to be checked. There are asking glasses made with cameras either way something was off and it made me uncomfortable. I can’t say for certain her back was turned but something wasn’t right and I hope they at least investigate. I go there a lot sometimes twice a day snd that has never happened. I order frequently on the app and pick up on my way to work. In facy, i have used app 10 times and ordered at druve through twice since mid April. 3 stars for this visit only. Usually 5 stars. Placed an order at 7pm for pickup at 10:10pm. I got there at 10:12pm. Stated at drive through my name and I was there to pick up my order. Long silence then he said to pull up to window. When I got to window he asked me to pull around and he would bring it out as order just came in. Approx 10 minutes later he brought my order out. I asked him if there was an issue with their system today, as I know these things happen. But when he answered that order was there but it just wasn't ready. Really? So I thanked him and left even though in my head I was upset that now he says order was in but not ready, as he told me order just came in when I was at window! I ordered the French dip sandwich. When I got to work I opened up my bag to find it was just the sandwich......no au jour to dip it in! There are other choices nearby but I choose Arby's as it is so much better than other chains. After last night's experience of being lied to; I ell be taking a break from Arby's and order from another chain. I am sure I will return to Arby's someday since it is so good and so much better than...

Twice, I have ordered the Italian sub. Combo, and the first time it was in the evening, and the curly fries tasted like they sat there All day and the Italian sub was ice cold with this order. Afterwards I did not feel good at all. And I'm not sure why the second time I ordered. The box of curly fries was halfway full, The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were under the warmer throughout the day. Also, the cheese was really thick to the point of choking on it when trying to eat it and again the Italian sub was ice cold. It didn't even get warm or lukewarm. I think that will be my last trip.
