Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shenango Township

I stop at this place literally twice a week. My son loves Dunkin’s Boston Cream Donuts and I drink a lot of coffee. They are out of all donuts almost every time we go. Yesterday, I ordered a coffee and a Boston cream donut. They were out of Boston cream donuts. How about a Bavarian cream? Out of that too, actually they were out of every kind of donut. We ordered a bottle of lemonade, wait in line 15 mins, pull around and the girl comes over to tell me they’re out of lemonade too. My son ordered a bottle of water, out of that too. He said he is good doesn’t need anything. It took the girl another 10 minutes to figure out how to cash me out. She figured it out, gave me my coffee at which I still thanked her. She rolled her eyes and wouldn’t even acknowledge me.

I asked her if I did something to her. That’s when she started complaining about the manager not showing up for work and no one there knows what they’re doing. Yep, sounds...

I visit this Dunkin daily, sometimes twice daily, mainly because it is convenient on my way to work. My every day drink is an iced coffee that has 2 turbo(espresso) shots in it. Anybody with any amount of common sense knows that hot turbo shots melt ice, so I ALWAYS ask for and emphasize EXTRA EXTRA ICE when I order. I can only be confident that my order will come out fairly correct during the daytime shift. Evening shift my order NEVER comes out correctly. With that being said, I ordered 2 frozen coffees with two turbo shots in each coffee, an almost $15 order, and each coffee was completely liquid. I'm not surprised. I had to delay my trip to go in and have them remake them and they still weren't right but at this point I don't have the time or the patience left to go back in. ICE IS FREE AND ESPRESSO IS HOT. WHEN A COLD DRINK IS ORDERED, EXTRA ICE IS NEEDED! I'm so done with this...

I'm ONLY rating a 1 because I can't give them a ZERO!!!!! After waiting in line in Shenango for over 30 mins and our 1st order being wrong, and Mill St. line being a mile long, my son then went up to Wilmington Rd. and after waiting in line for literally AGAIN another half hour (Yes By Choice) this order too was completely WRONG...... All 5 Items!!!! And the sad part is all my Son wanted to do was somthing special for his mom n family because we are ALL very sick and didn't wanna come out and yea he wanted to get us Dunkin!!!! I called and Manager Trece asked What I wanted done....I WANT YALL TO DO YOUR JOBS!!!!! If you can't make a coffee, or take an order, make it a SELF SERVE!!!!! It's ridiculous that we spend money and time like y'all do there and we can't get just 1 correct order Folks!!! And then YAll get mad at Us b/c we have paid n waited and it's ALL WRONG and We as CUSTOMERS...
