McDonald's — Restaurant in Shenango Township

The cashier was very rude to me and messed my order up and basically blamed it all on me and it wasn't and than after that he started getting mad because I asked the manager to help me with it and so he started hitting the cash register and after the manager fixed my order like it was supposed to be in the first place he started talking about me while I was still in the building loud enough for me to hear him running his mouth about me and I didn't say anything at all and kept myself respectful and didn't say anything back to him but I just think if he's going to get that mad over something so small and little that he should NOT be working at the front of the restaurant at the cash register.The service at that McDonald's restaurant in Shenango Township was one of my worst experiences at a supposed to be a professional place to eat at but it wasn't and I'm not talking about everyone that works there because there were a few other employers that helped get my order corrected while he was having his little attitude about it and while he was doing and saying little things here and there about me I didn't say a word back to him at all because I'm grown and he was acting very childish. I'm just saying maybe they should not have him in the front of the restaurant with people because if he gets that mad over a very small mistake/ misunderstanding that was his fault maybe they should have him in the back or...

For all trying to apply, Shenango McDonald’s is not the right place to apply to.

I’ve been working there for only 4 and a half months and they have only issues me a HAT, NAME TAG, and T-SHIRT. They have never given me pants (which they are suppose to.)

The 2 managers that have told me they were going to give me pants PERIODICALLY THROUGH OUT THE 4 MONTHS are Melody and Ashely.

I’ve ruined two of my own pairs of jeans because they have never given me any work pants.

Today (December 4th, 2017) , I was fired by one of the main managers Aaron all because THEY haven’t given me any work pants. I HAVE ALSO ASKED

They gave me pants and expected me to changed into them TWO MINUTES before my shift!!!! The pouch the pants were in was UNSEALED.

I was uncomfortable wearing them without washing them first.

I would not have been fired if they would have issued me the correct apparel for the job at the time of my training.

All in all, they are not professional at all. Working there is actually disfunctional. They do not clean dishes properly and watch out for the fast food rush because they do not cook their fries fully.

They have consistently messed up my orders. I gave up ordering my special request food because items like big Mac on a regular bun and no reconn onions is too difficult for them to make but today was even worse. I ordered 2 sausage muffins. Simple enough I would think. I was running late at 615am only car in the drive thru. Order taker had rung up a sausage muffin but was reringing it. I didn't think I should recheck what was on the screen so I'm partially at fault there. Turns out he changed it to 2 sausage burritos, I can't eat eggs right now so as I'm trying to get to work on time I discover I just paid for food I can't eat. I call and hear well you did get what you paid for, except it's not what I ordered and I can't eat it. I also now will not have an opportunity to get a meal until 3pm. So I get to sit through this meeting and then work all day on an empty stomach because 2 sausage muffins was too difficult of an order. I wish there was a more convenient McDonald's on my route to work because I give up...
