Wendy's — Restaurant in Sheridan Township

First time I went through i was in waiting for them to be ready for drive thru orders for 12 minutes. Indoor service does not take priority. I also get a half filled small fry size both times I've asked for a large. Thanks!

Tonight, I go and there is literal screaming on the drive thru microphone blasting at me.

How are we letting half committed people do the hiring process?

Also, is this where people just go and hang out when their friends are working or what? How come anyone with no employee attire on can be allowed behind the counter? To hassle and mess around/talk with staff?

What in the actual F is going on at this place? I case you were wondering why you are tip toeing on having 2 stars...... Get a grip. Get a staff. Or shut it down and save us all the hassle! Late night...

For this place just opening up it’s going downhill real fast. Went in around 8:30 at night was not busy was just me and my husband in there and we ordered chicken nuggets a Dave’s burger fries and two frostys we waited 20 minutes inside after ordering. All the employees were on their phones except for what I’m guessing was the lead for the night shift he was trying to get them to get the food going but nobody was moving. He also apologized for the wait. Then three employees who are not on the clock walk in and one whose name is Andrew kept walking back behind were all the food is and he was told multiple times not to walk back there but he kept doing it anyways which is really gross to me. Also the place was dirty and there were flies everywhere, overall...

Been here 4 times in the last couple weeks and NEVER have had a good experience. The first time, the nuggets were cold. Thats fine, whatever I understand. The second time I found a hair in my burger. Whatever yall just opened i can deal. Third time I got food poisoning from the frosty??? Don't even know how thats possible. And finally tonight yall forgot a good portion of the order, the straws (6 of them) were all broken in half, and the workers were RUDE. Expensive for bad quality. It hasn't even been a month and yet I fear coming here more than the Taco John's that doesn't clean their stuff. Fix something atleast? Two stars though bc unfortunately the non-hairy...
