Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Sheridan

Gave this place a second chance because the bread was hard and flat the first time. I was hoping it was just a fluke. Nope! Still hard and flat even after we had to wait because “the bread wasn’t done”. It literally rips the inside of your mouth up from the hard crust :(.I actually got excited because I knew we were getting “fresh” bread. No way. Sandwich was hard, bland, and absolutely not worth the wait. I’ve had my go to sandwich at many other restaurants and it’s my favorite bread. Sheridan, WY location is doing something wrong. Large parking lit & clean. Handicap parking near front door. Handi-van space for wheel chair?. Front door pull to open. Inside very, very clean. Intresting wall photos to look at while dine-in or take-out. Assembly line fast. Staff member was young, straight face Robotic. Verbal common courtesy absolutely ignored. Imo their facial & body language indicated they did not want to be there. Order was very fast and tasted great. Portions were generous. Price was right based on quality of food product but not for Terrible customer skills. If my young employee behaved that way we would offer more customer trng. If trng was ignored another sit down explaining reasons for termination. Sad...

I wish I could leave 0 stars for the Sheridan, WY store. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, 2 phone calls with the same excuse of "we only have 1 driver, it will be there in 30 minutes". Finally went to the store, got an attitude from the manager. We had an $80 order and added a 20% tip ahead of time. We will see if they credit that back. Had they mentioned it might take a while, we would have picked it up in a heartbeat. Freaky fast way to lose customers. Taco Bell was great.
