This KFC is pretty good every time I go. I had to give it 4 star on service because of a recent visit they messed up my food and then they were fixing it and a newer employee stepped up accusing me of trying to get over. I had ordered one meal and in the picture on the menu it had fries,and that is what I always get with it, but then I ordered a second meal I said "on that ONE, can I please get mashed potatoes and gravy?". Then when I get the food at the drive thru window and go to leave I noticed no fries and two mashed potatoes so I went in to explain the misunderstanding and the new guy peeks his head around the corner and basically accused me of confusing THEM to get a free mash potato 🤣🤣🤣 The employees were fixing it no questions understanding the confusion but this guy wanted to sit and argue and make me feel like I am trying to get a free petty food item when it was THEIR MISTAKE! How can you come at me like that when your PICTURE specifically shows fries!? Shouldn't I expect fries with that one? And as a customer if I point out a problem on YOUR part, don't try to switch it around and make me feel like a thief just so you don't have to admit your mistake... Usually when a restaurant makes a mistake they let you keep whatever they gave you because they can't take it back due to health codes, some go above and beyond and will give you a treat like a shake or a slice of pie just to smooth it all out, not argue over a tiny plastic container with $1.00 of potatoes in it! I probably could have given a lower score but I will be nice because the manager there is always nice and on top of things when he is there! And unlike most the others in the reviews I actually think he runs a pretty good place when he is on shift my food is always great and fast and there is never any problems when he is there.... Read moreI had a terrible experience with the kfc in sherwood. I would like a call back from a supervisor. They closed their lobby at 8:30 pm and asked me to go thru there drive thru. The times on windows said the lobby closes at 10pm. The manager said they closed the lobby because they were slow but they seemed busy to me. As I walked thru the drive thru in the cold they took my order, said proceed to the next window and your order will be ready. As I walked to the window the employee again asks me for my order. I said I ordered at the window and I had to tell him my order again. He even said as I walked up "what are you here0 for". I then payed for my order and five minutes of waiting, they told me that they didn't have the items I ordered ready and it would take another 15-20 minutes. I then said if I wait inside I wouldn't mind but I'm not going to stand outside in the cold when the lobby is suppose to be open still. they refused. I spoke to Brandon and asked for a refund which took quite some time. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and would like to hear from a supervisor. Read moreAfter visiting my terminally ill grandfather on February 25th, my family stopped at this establishment to pick up a late snack. We ordered a large cheese curd and ten piece corn dog nugget to split amongst ourselves (3 people). Reaching the drive in window we gave the young man (somewhere between 15-18 years old) a $20 bill, our total had been around eight dollars and some odd change. He had hurriedly gave us our food and change before ushering us away. We thought nothing of it and drove back home, about halfway there as I was putting the change back I realised we were in fact $10 short of what we were supposed to have. My mother called the establishment and the young man, after being questioned admitted to have pocketed the $10. Now I understand working in fast food is tough, people can be rude at times, sometimes you have a bad day, but pocketing change and at that amount is deceitful and dishonest especially towards customers. The fact that he was so calm about it made me wonder how many times he has done something like this before. The manager promised to compensate us and give us free meals, but how will that stop this from happening again? After this, we aren't sure if we'll go back again, if I could give zero...
