Pretty okay. I dread spending countless minutes I've spent in this The Home Depot counterpart. They have some ok stuff but they need to stock less sets of letters and then need to consolidate them all into one place, last time I was here I counted 13 sets of letters, there is probably a use for them but I don't think people need two set of black letters that are .3 inches different in size, they are even the same or similar font. Same with the silver letters, you can maybe make an argument for the two similar shades of blue but that's stretching it. If anything they should have a wall where you can create your own letters, in a variety of shapes, colors, fonts, and sizes. Like a Behr paint chip wall, there might be a big money opportunity there, but maybe I am overestimating the amount of people willing to buy single letters in this store. The biggest problem is that these letters are on the sides and centers of many random isles throughout the entire store, with no...
Read moreI love Hobby Lobby for their variety of craft supplies. However, service was disappointing on my last visit. After filling my cart with way more than I went in for (isn't that how it goes) I was checking out, a manager had to approve a no receipt return for the customer in front of me, he seemed annoyed, even that customer looked at me and raised her eyebrows. My cashier was so nice, I mean the sweetest girl ever. The manager was standing by the door as I was checking out. In leaving I grabbed all my bags and proceeded to place my cart in the middle with all the other carts. The manager then loudly said "No", put it over there. He was pointing to the side of the door. Him raising his voice at me for no reason kind of embarrassed me, by if he talks to a customer like that, I can only imagine how he treats his team. I do wish I said something to him but I did not, it was the end of my day, I was tired and did not want to match...
Read moreIt is the same as Michaels or just about any other crafts store I have ever been in. Was not that impressed. I asked a sales staff member about glass cutters. She took me to a end of isle display to show me my only option. Not what they had on their website. I understand the current state of affairs and how it effects the retail sector. I said forget it, as the tool would not work; and we started walking out. Then we spotted the stained glass section, and stopped to take a look. The tool I had asked about, and was told they did not carry was sitting on the shelve. Disappointed that the salesperson did not know they had them or what part of the store to send me to. Plus the tool is marketed under hobby lobby, but it is the same exact one I got off of Ebay...
