Tasty Teriyaki — Restaurant in Sherwood

After googling multiple East Asia restaurants to dine at the winner was Tasty Teriyaki!

When walking in I immediately felt a warm homey vibe!

I was greeted and ordered within seconds upon walking in.

Today I ordered: (Appetizer) Spring Rolls Fried vegetable spring rolls with a side of sweet and sour sauce. Four come in the order and they are cooked to perfection, flakey yet the perfect crunch!

(Main Dish) Tofu Teriyaki Stir-fried tofu in teriyaki sauce with two scoops of rice and salad! The portion size is definitely worth every penny! The tofu was cooked to perfection as well as the rice and cabbage blend.

My pallet was shocked at how each entree complimented the other.

The service was amazing as well as the food!

It was exceptionally clean as well as a peaceful and homie place to eat!

When I come back through the area I will for sure be stopping in to have another meal here!

They aren’t friendly at all I walked in wasn’t greeted to begin with. When I asked for my food in less than 1 minute they had it out. The chicken tasted very bad and the rice was hard like if they had just reheated the whole Teriyaki plate in the microwave. I asked for a container for sirracha sauce and got given one basically empty. When I asked for another one the lady said no and said “they’re to expensive that is enough” I had to offer to pay for another one so I could get another container she was very rude and they’re violating health and safety guidelines neither her or the “cook” has their mask on lady touched my food without washing her hands first and the cook with the amount of time that my food was ready I’m Sure he didn’t wash he’s hands either. The ladies working were very nice. The food not so nice 🤓 I got a salad with my meal and the dressing it came with was gross. It tasted like old oily mayonnaise and I wish I knew before I poured it all over... I had a combination of pork and beef, the pork was good but the beef tasted sweet and bitter almost inedible. The teriyaki sauce also tasted bad, like burnt soy sauce.. It was my first time trying it and honestly my LAST! I basically bought me and my wife each a meal and still ended up cooking...
