Disappointed š This used to be my favorite McDonald's, friendly service with a smile, and the last two times I came through here, last summer my chicken sandwich was raw, I got really sick but didn't complain, now I wish that I would have. Tonight, decided to go through to grab a quick cheeseburger because I've been working all day, well, first off, there's no one in the drive through to take my order (9:15 pm)... So I wait, finally someone talks, doesn't apologize for making me wait, I'm literally the only person in the two lane drive through... I ordered my food, drove to the window to pay, no friendly service, just hands me crumbled up money... I get my order at the next window, she was pleasant. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal with fries, I only took a couple of bites of my cheeseburger, it tasted funny, like cardboard, it was hard as a rock, my fries were also hard as a rock, and I threw up the cheeseburger!!!! I get that it's McDonald's, but I work hard for my money, and I paid $11.00 for a cheeseburger that made me sick and cold fries!!!!!! I'm beyond upset!!!! I will be expecting a refund, and I will not be going to McDonald's, EVER AGAIN!!!!!
Update : I returned my food today, the manager just opened the till to give me a refund, didn't ask what was wrong, didn't offer a solution, didn't even apologize for anything... handed me some money and didn't say a word š¤ A simple "We're really sorry that you had a bad experience, what can we do differently in the future, we really appreciate your business" would have been fine!!! But instead, make me feel like the bad guy for not having dinner last night, and having to waste my time and gas money to deal with this today. I don't care what your job is people, whether you work in fast food or brain surgery, DO YOUR JOB AND DO IT RIGHT, OR DON'T DO IT AT...

Iāve never worked a day in my life fast food, but they had such a hard time getting my order, i had to walk them through how to fix my order through the drive thru screen. I told them what i wanted, but somehow they typed in a completely wrong order. After about 6 minutes of correcting the order, I pulled forward to the 1st window to pay. At this window, they tried to charge me for the car behind me, so I had to correct them on that.
Then the 2nd window. At the 2nd window, they tried handing me the wrong meal, so I corrected them and said itās wrong, then they gave me another order, once again the wrong order. I told them to check the bag and make sure itās the right bag, and they hand me the bag of food. After they handed me the bag of food, they told me to have a good day. Then i reminded them I need my drinks. So they hand me one and say have a nice day. I remind them again, I have another drink. They hand me the drink, once again, have a nice day. I then reminded them it would be nice to have straws for the drinks, they handed me one straw. I laughed out of disbelief and said āI have two drinks....ā and they then hand me a 2nd straw. Once I leave the drive thru, I get down the freeway and check my ordered meal.... they gave me two ācheese burgerā. Or I guess more like cheese buns? No patty, no mustard, no ketchup lol.
Absolutely worse fast food restaurant Iāve ever been too. Goes without saying,...

Staff very unprofessional and unapprochable.Not only was I charged 50 cents for a water cup this visit ,but my native American husband waited for 13 mins to be helped while all the workers simply stared at him with smug faces and ignored him.mind you there's only 4 customers in the lobby and I'm staring at the drive through line from the window and there's no cars backed up at all! Embarrassed and shamed he finally he called me over and I was right away tended to but treated very rudley . Unbelievable... we will not be back to this Mcdonalds.Sad truth here today folks is Racism still exists and this crew needs retrained on their customer service skills.So far we have now waited waited 27 mins and still no food smh...update finally after 35 mins waiting for my food in a very un busy lobby I was rudly told it's my fault I didnt grab a number that she had walked around the. Lobby 3 times didn't see the number so she went back into kitchen wasn't given a number then was given cold stuff Fry's when I asked for fresh hot Fry's was told "I don't care""good day "and then charged 50 cents for one ranch .every other mcdonalds I've been to give one complimentary sauce with your order... Un believable!!! So mad/sad I can't even eat this meal I spent my last 8 bucks on .lastly I see a gentleman get his food delivered to him with no table...
