I know this just had nothing to do with food, service or atmosphere. The interviewing process sucks! Who interviews really on Saturday during the busy lunch rush? A week ago I was looking forward to this interview. I had my heart sat on it. I just want to get this off of my chest. Please if you have any experience in the food industry, you are OVERQUALIFIED! Or don't apply at all if you looking for something more. I guess if I was a kid off the street I would of got hired. 🤷🏾♂️ And this place doesn't want to pay you no competitive wage to start out, and much is they're food cost they ought to PAY A COMPETITIVE WAGE.🤔😕 Getting to the point, who's the owner, hope you are reading this. I don't know if she is the general manager named Bri or BriAnna whatever she goes by, had me sitting there for almost an half hour! Didn't appreciate it to only later on when she came I was interviewed in less than ten minutes. If I had any questions I was sitting there waiting for so long I forgot. Make this short and sweet, she wasted my time and her time. I burnt my gas just for her to rush me out of the interview after I told her my vast experience and she said she had enough people for the time I wanted. (Days to mid evening). But she rushed me said she wasn't interested, and I ask her what she wanted I could work with her, she still said I'm not interested....Hell who does that with somebody's time! Not good...
Read moreAnnoying experience today (10/21/25). The person taking our order over the speaker repeated the order to us correctly. It took a long time to get to the window because it appears there was no one to run food to the cars, so each car was waiting at the window to get their food. When we finally got to the window, our order was entered incorrectly AND the order they entered was filled incorrectly. The window person asked if we wanted her to re-ring the order (which would result in a lower total) or just add the extra missing items. We asked her to re-ring and the total still came out higher than it usually is. I asked why and the window person got Bri, the general manager. We did not ask for a manager, we were simply asking why the price was higher than usual. Bri (l’ve been here 20 years…”) proceeded to tell us we probably hadn’t ordered the same things (we order the same EVERY TIME). We ended up taking the food (even though it was just luke warm by this time) instead of pursuing it further. Had Bri just told us prices went up or the menu changed, that would have settled it. But trying to shift blame for the price difference to us was stupid. When we got home, we noticed that they still rang our order as two separate transactions: $4.25 and...
Read moreWell...I had to find a new "treat myself" spot after my last review. So, I picked the other fast food chain that also always has lines wrapped around the building. I didn't know if they would have anything for me, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. Why didn't anyone tell me about those warm, yummy, pretzel bites! I have never been a fan of those types of pretzels, but I decided to try my luck. They are magical! I also ordered the fries and onion rings. Everything was hot and as I ordered.
The staff were nice, patient and professional. They answered all of my questions about their sauce selections, as I tried and hoped for the perfect match. 😏
The staff repeated my order back to me at the counter before paying, and again when they brought my order to my car. I thought that extra step to make sure I left with everything I asked for, was a great bonus.
All in all, change can sometimes be unexpected and uncomfortable, but also rewarding at the same time.
