Met a friend here for breakfast and generally had a good time. My friend is vegan so I was asking about their vegan options (which is basically just the steel cut oats). I ended up ordering something vegetarian - but not vegan, and one of the staff who overheard my exchange at the counter came to kindly inform me that what I'd ordered was not in fact vegan. Good service and attention to detail. My wrap was a bit bland though, hence the four stars. There was one small slice of avocado, which was a bit disappointing. I've heard good things about their pancakes and they currently have unlimited pancakes, so I might come back and try that. Other than that, it's a very spacious spot. Lots of seating. Booths, tables, high tops. The full spectrum. You could fit a large group pretty easily, and since you order at the counter, you're not inconveniencing a server. There were some folks getting some work done here, and I worked on my laptop for a bit as well. It's a perfectly reasonable spot for breakfast (and one of the few spots open early), but personally if I want a good breakfast, there are plenty of better alternatives nearby.

I just love Corner Bakery. To me it's like an upscale version of Panera. The service is always excellent. The dining area always clean. You order and take a number card to display at your table. The staff will bring your food to you. The food is always fresh and delicious. The pick 2 is an excellent deal. My husband and I can split it with each of us getting a pasta. The cafe size is more than enough of a portion. His favorite is the mac&cheese mine is the meatballs and linguine. We both eat for under $15! There are a lot of drink options too. Sodas, teas, lemonades and coffee. Finally there is a bakery case with plenty of treats and desserts to choose from. This is by far one of my favorite places to eat and I'd kill for a location in Midlothian!

Everyday I’m driving to work and looking at this little corner bakery I thought about going someday to have some nice breakfast and I am so very disappointed with the food and the service. This is what I ordered in the picture and took just a couple of bites and left it behind. First I found a hair in my plate which I ignored and didn’t complain about it. The breakfast potatoes were too dry and hard to chew I’m in harder than bacon. The scrambled egg was very dry to swallow. There was no creamer for coffee and no jam with a piece of bread. The food and the service everything was very disappointing.I would not recommend this place.

I work at a large company in Innsbrook and I come here once a week thru the drive thru. My wife and kids stopped by and wanted to eat here on 8/29/18. We went inside and my wife asked for no mayo on my daughters sandwich because she is allergic to it. I asked for no mustard on my sandwich. After about 20 minutes, our food arrived at the table and mayo was on my daughters sandwich and mustard on mine. I went to the register for assistance and no one helped me for at least three minutes and no one else was ordering at that time. Someone finally assisted me and my daughter and I was getting new sandwiches. I ended up getting another sandwich after waiting almost 10 minutes and I only ate half because I had a meeting to attend at work. My wife later told me that when my daughter sandwich arrived again, it looked like they scraped the mayo and served it to my daughter who is allergic. My wife asked for the manager and she was not helpful and she claimed she told them to fix a new sandwich with no mayo. When my wife showed the manager the sandwich, she acted like my wife never ordered the sandwich with no mayo. My wife showed her the receipt which said no mayo. My wife asked for her money back. The service here is horrible and the employees and manager do not care about your allergies. I informed coworkers of our experience and we will not be going there any more and my coworkers have crossed them off their list. I strongly do not...

This has been my new go-to spot for lunch since it opened and it has not failed my expectations yet. They are reasonably priced, ALWAYS fresh, great customer service, and you're "full" when your finished with your meal. I love their salads (I have 3 favorites). As for their breakfast, I have not tried anything on the menu; but a co-worker RAVED about their breakfast bowl with avocado and would order it often. I can only think of one instance when my chicken was left off of my salad, but I didn't even feel the need to complain. I just assumed they must have been having a really busy day because they are usually always on point. On the flip side of that tiny mishap, just recently I ordered their Cali sandwich (wanted to try something new). Someone from the store called to let me know that they did not have it that day and wanted to know if I would like something else. I said no, but that I wanted to keep the rest of the order. When I arrived at the store, my sandwich was included. Apparently, the veges for the sandwich had not been prepared in advance that day, but because of my disappoint, they took the time to prepare it for me. I was pleasantly surprised and the sandwich was a HIT! Anyhoo, I can't say enough good things about this establishment and I look forward to many more fresh, healthy and satisfying meals, with a cheerful...

The service was slow and the food was mediocre. I have a gluten allergy and they do have a wrap that can be used in place of the bread that’s acrually pretty good, but it tasted like it was toasted, but the wrap was cold. It took 25 minutes to get our food and the other diner’s panini was cold and extremely greasy. A manager was walking around apologizing to other tables about their wait, but not ours. He seemed to run away from our table. We tried to share our concerns about our meal with him and he just brushed it off and walked away. No offer to try to fix anything or apology for our wait. Also, I asked what the wrap was made from, I really just wanted to know if it was a lettuce wrap or rice/tapioca, but the cashier didn’t know so she asked a supervisor who responded with that it was made from ā€œwhole wheatā€. That was slightly concerning for someone with an actual allergy. Luckily another employee overheard and asked if I wanted to see the packing for it. My mind was at ease to see that it actually was gluten free and not made from wheat. This place has great potential. It’s so pretty inside and some of the employees are very nice and caring. It seems as though the management team just doesn’t have it together or care about their customers. At least not...
