Arby's — Restaurant in Show Low

On Tues, 4/6, I went to Arby's cuz I was at Safeway & had been wanting a Reuben after seeing Arby's ads on TV. I asked the person taking orders for the drive thru if u could mix sandwiches; Reubens were 2 for $7 & in the past, u could have another sandwich that had the same deal. I live alone & was hoping to get a Reuben & a French Dip so I could have the French Dip the next day; I wasn't sure how the sauerkraut would reheat. They said u couldn't mix so I said I'd have 2 Reubens. When I got home, I had only 1 & was charged $6.99. I'm not good driving at nite so instead of going back, I called at 8:12pm. The woman who answered said she'd need to ask the manager if I could bring it the next day or did I have to bring it right then; I sat on the phone for 25 minutes & 45 seconds, kinda listening to the employees, until I got upset & hung up. I called again but got a busy signal; in fact, between then & 10:45pm, I called 22 more times but only got a busy signal. I guess that's 1 way to deal w/unhappy customers - leave phone off the hook & mayb they'll give up. I guess the moral of this story is never drive away w/o checking ur order! I haven't made it back yet as I've been having car trouble & haven't had a way to get there. Even tho I have the receipt showing only 1 Reuben & can show all 23 times I called, I'm pretty sure they won't do anything but when I have a working car, I still plan on taking my evidence to them so mayb they'll do better for someone else. Food was cold, service was horrible as the employees where just rude and tired of their job it seems. Out of the 40 worth of food I got the poppers where the best part, but not filling enough.
