Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Shreveport

I ordered a Barbacoa bowl. Didn’t receive the queso blanco on my bowl. I didn’t trip cuz my niece bought some on the side and I used here. When I hard to return my large chips because they were stale and stuck together. After eating I was just sitting there looking at my receipt and noticed I didn’t receive my small bag of chips for my son. And since he wanted more chips I decided to go back up there to get them, since I had already been charged. My son is autistic and only eats certain things. He would not eat the side of meat I got him. Anyways i Got to the front and the lady at the counter sad she put the chips up there for me to get them. I told her I must not have grabbed them. She said I did. I told her if I had got them I would have another bag with my things. She said there are trash cans out there you could have threw it in the trash. I told her roll her cameras because I didn’t take 2 bags of chips to the table. And could I speak to the manager she said I am the manager. I said the manager over you. She says I’m the general manager of this store. I said ok so the manager who is over you. Which would be regional. But she proceeded to say there is no one over her. And showed me her card. Which I got so I could be sure to put her name is this. Mr. General Manager Jordann Brandly continued to say NOONE is over her. I politely took the card and left. Sat in the parking lot to file my complaint then left but I’ll never eat from this place again. It was hot, the air must not have been on. I was sweating, continuously wiping my face. Could not enjoy eating my food. All other employees...

Based on my experience today is why I give them one star. I wished I had the option to give none! I went in to order my husband and me a bowl. Just ahead of me, I noticed how short and rude the server was, and I was preparing myself to order my food as pleasant as I could to change the atmosphere. Well, that didn't happen. I asked the lady if I heard her say there were no black beans? Her response was, "No, black beans, won't have none for 30 mins!" My response was ok, no worries, just getting clarity. I ordered two bowls, one with white cilantro rice, one with brown cilantro. As I began to tell her which meats I wanted for each, she blatantly told me the only meat they had was chicken, but steak was being cut up if I wanted to wait on that. I declined. As I finished ordering the toppings, I asked the young man who was finishing the bowl, which bowl had white rice? He went on to say he had no idea. So I told him to give the bowl to me so I could see. However, before he could hand it to me, the rude lady grabbed the bowl, breathing over it and moving it around and said, "That's the white rice!" Her attitude was so nasty, I should've just left the food there. But, I paid for it and left. I freakn hate when I spend my money and get horrible service and less than...

Jeffrey was helping me get a quesadilla and he was so nice. He made suggestions despite common items missing like the steak I usually prefer and the vinaigrette. I know many of your items are sourced locally, so I understand. Things were going swimmingly when another worker named Zoey approached Jeffrey and instructed him to throw my quesadilla away. She never said anything to me, but rudely indicated to him that he needed to throw it away and remake it. Then without acknowledging my obvious shock she turned and walked away. I asked what was happening and he informed me he was not allowed to put lettuce in my quesadilla despite my request. I then said okay and he proceeded with my order and then Zoey kept glaring at Jeffery and I. I'm not clear what her issue was. Jefferey handled her bad attitude wonderfully. He never reacted to her demeanor or how she addressed him. The cashier Rakia was also very pleasant, but Zoey ruined my whole experience and I chose to get my food to-go because her aggression made me extremely uncomfortable.
