I have never had a good experience at Zales and now that my Gordon’s is closed in Bossier I have to use Zales for my warranty inspections every six months. The Mall Saint Vincent location was horrible today they couldn’t even figure out how to fulfill my six-month inspection because they tell me that the ring I’m wearing was returned. So I have to go dig through my original paperwork to take it back and show them that I’ve purchased six rings and one necklace from them in the past three years spent over $4000 and they treat me like I’m some stray dog off the street Coming in begging for scraps. Because they’re confused and can’t figure it out they just didn’t help me at all. the first girl was friendly. the second girl that came to help was completely rude right from the beginning even though I tried numerous times to make conversation and try to lighten her mood, which is not my place to have to do! So after she tells me that my ring was returned, She just completely walks away. as I’m leaving she was standing right beside the manager so I stopped to tell her that she needs to at least have a more friendly tone. she turns around with an attitude & nasty face , the manager never says a word to me or to her and then the girl just turns back around & completely turned her back on me. I said three years ago that I would never use Zales again because of these disrespectful attitudes & demeanors. I went to Gordon’s after having a horrible experience at Zales after my first ring purchase. Ended up buying the 4 wedding bands, upgrading a Diamond, & buying a necklace at Gordon’s. I hated even spending money at a sister store to Zales but the other stores didn’t have what I wanted. Before I bought the necklace, I went by Zales in bossier mall and gave them a look.. the girl wouldn’t even discuss prices on a ring I was looking at and they wanted more than Gordon’s for the necklace and wouldn’t go down to what their own sister store was asking... insane. They acted like they don’t gaf about actually selling jewelry. So the ring I liked at Zales, Gordon’s right thru the mall had them bring it down and they sold it to me for less. The mgr gave me a deal because I’d spent so much with them recently, Zales didn’t even want to pull up my act and look. I’m so mad I’m doing the talk to text while driving having just left this abomination of a store. And now that Gordon’s had closed, I’ll have to deal with Zales on my inspections but they have not changed a bit new people same attitude same disrespect!
Update: I’ll be getting names to post when I return. I found ALL my paperwork AND LIFETIME DIAMOND BONDS ON EVERY PIECE PURCHASED! When I go back, it’ll be that rude little girl that I have help me and either she’ll apologize for her behavior or I’ll have corporate on the phone while I’m there. I’ve never been treated so badly by customer service. They make Walmart feel...
Read moreZales has beautiful rings. But they have terrible customer service. I have been engaged for over 2 months, the week I got it, we sent it off to be sized and have a prong removed so it would fit with my grandmother's band. 2 weeks after it was sent off they called me and said the factory didn't size the ring and they would have to send it back. I just received my ring back yesterday, over a month since it has been sent off and they didn't remove the prong. So it does not fit with my grandmother's ring. IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO SIZE A RING. If I would have known that I would've gotten it sized in 1 day for $30. When I arrived at zales for pickup they acted like they didn't have my engagement ring, then they found it. And then it took them 10 mins to find my grandmother's band. They need to place things better and communicate better. I will be getting my ring fixed at another jewelry store and I will not be returning to zales unless...
Read moreCustomer service was not good. The two ladies that were working today were very rude. We have been customers with Zales for years have never come in contact with any sales persons that weren’t friendly and helpful until today. The General Manager should give a class or show a film or something to the two ladies that were working today at the Mall St. Vincent store in Shreveport, La. on how to show themselves friendly to customers especially when they are buying & have bought merchandise from this store. If they are over worked or short handed & it makes them mean or rude to customers maybe they should find other jobs were they don’t have to work directly with the public, because that will make people not want to spend their money there.Beverly...
