I just dealt with GS network design lead, who was equally unconcerned and disaffected as to the hardship he caused by dropping my appointment at the last minute, after waiting days for his arrival time. He 'helpfully' recommends I simply start from square one and go back into long holds in phone queue which is what I did the first time around, when they scheduled me an appointment with him.
