Golden Chick — Restaurant in Shreveport

It's a fast food chicken place. Nothing fancy but clean. The shreveport barksdale location is always bright and clean. The staff is friendly and moves fast. We get our orders quickly, but I recommend checking the order before you go. h the speed i notice order error quite often.

The tea is sweet, my husband loves thatbthey have pepsi instead of coke. They also have tea by the gallon. I do like that i can get a large salad. Infortunately its either no meet or diced fried chicken pieces. No roasted chicken pieces, so if you want to keep it healthy, you dont get the chicken on it.

The chicken is different in that their spicy is a powder sprinkled on it rather than in the batter, and that does surprise people.

The parking is not great, so go at non peak meal hours or plan on parking in the parking lot of the business behind the...

I went there twice the first time they sold out of the chicken salad Sandwich which I got the second time I went honestly it was not all that great and Brookshire's has better fried chicken and roasted chicken then this place it just wasn't my favorite personally.... I was a drive-thru customer. First I ordered fried okra and fish the okra was cold and hard not fresh at all and the fish was cold and dried up.
