CONTACTED THE MANAGER LADY AT THE LITTLE CAESAR'S SPOKE TO HER TO LET HER KNOW ONE OF MY PIZZAS WAS INCORRECT AND TO REQUEST A REMAKE ON 1 OF THE PIZZAS THAT WAS DELIVERED.
I ORDERED A LG OLD WORLD FANCARONI PEPPERONI WITH THE CARMALIZED/CRISPY CRUST PIZZA BUT RECEIVED A REGULAR LG OLD WORLD PEPPERONI ROUND CLASSIC CRUST PIZZA. SHE DID NOT OFFER ME A REPLACEMENT PIZZA NOR NEVER TRIED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE NOR APOLOGIZED AND THEN SAID I RECEIVED THE CORRECT PIZZA PER HER STAFF MEMBER THAT MADE THE PIZZA AND THEN BEGAN TO TELL ME THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE PIZZA TO CORRECT THE ORDER BUT INSTEAD I MUST CONTACT DOORDASH AND SAID THAT ACTED LIKE DOORDASH WAS AS FAULT FOR DELIVERING ME THE WRONG PIZZA. THEN STATED I NEED TO REQUEST A REFUND/CREDIT AND THEN REORDER MY PIZZA THRU DOORDASH BUT ALSO STATED THAT THEY ONLY CARRY 1 STYLE CRUST PIZZA FOR ALL PIZZAS.
SHE THEN STATED THAT I KEPT INTERRUPTING HER DURING THE CONVERSATION AND RUDE SO I APOLOGIZED AND TOLD HER TO SPEAK AND I WILL LISTEN. THEN SHE REPEATED HERSELF AGAIN AND I LISTENED UNTIL SHE WAS FINISHED. SO, THEN I RESPONDED AND SHE KEPT INTERRUPTING ME WHILE I WAS TALKING ARGUING WITH ME AND BEING EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME.
I THEN DECIDED THAT TO GO AHEAD AND REQUEST THE REFUND/CREDIT FROM DOORDASH AND START OVER WITH MY ORDER AND INSTEAD DECIDED TO REORDER THE CORRECT PIZZA FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION INSTEAD...
Read moreMy food was delivered by a doordash driver. It was supposed to be handed to me but the driver opted to leave it on my front doorstep. Then I got a text saying the doordash driver confirmed that he had handed it to me. That's how I knew the order had been delivered. When I went to the door to retrieve my food, there were items missing from the order. I immediately tried to contact the restaurant with no success. I called a total of eight times, but the phone just rang and rang until an automatic disconnect occurred. I called the doordash driver and was told there was nothing he could do. He suggested I call the restaurant, but again, I couldn't reach anyone. I finally found a doordash customer service phone number and called them. They said they could request a refund for the missing food. I appreciate their help, but I really wanted my food. My only option would be to reorder the missing items, but then I would have to pay another delivery fee. When I placed my order, there was an option to pay a tip online which I did. I will never tip in advance again. Also, I will never use Little Caesars for delivery again. Domino's or Pizza Hut...
Read moreIf I could put 0 stars I would this was how bad my experience was. Used the app at around 5:30pm to order 3 pizzas, crazy bread and a few sauces. App told me to pick it up by 5:53. I figured a Saturday would be a little busy so I picked up the order at 6:23. Got home to find out 2 pizzas were wrong amd no sauces at all in the boxes. Tried calling the store 3 times only to get no one. Drove back to the store to tell them that 2 pizzas were wrong. I took photos on my phone for proof and they told me I needed to bring the wrong pizzas back. Never had that requested of me but I reluctantly went home and brought the pizzas back. By this time it's a little after 7pm. Sat waiting at the store for another 45 min till my pizzas and sauces were given to me. Meanwhile I watched people place orders and receive their pizzas before me. I get home to open one of the boxes and not only was the pizza wrong again. It was undercooked. No sense of urgency whatsoever in the store. This is the last time I get their pizza, I'd rather spend more money knowing that my food will be right and if it isn't at least the correction will be handled...
