KFC — Restaurant in Shreveport

This was the most terrible drive thru experience ever. I was so disgusted that the person who took the order before me sounded nice and professional. Then I pull up, and i was greeted coldly and unprofessional. She clearly did not want to take my order. Having a bad day? Im so sorry. I drove away. I SAID I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A DRINK.... She said "What kind" as if I was ignorant. I am so sick and tired of having a craving for a certain food because the custimer service is so poor. Total turn off to eating there. KFC better get their people right. It is uncalled for to provide negative custimer service because of different people. Whoever was just working their drive thru needs to look for another job. Cause obviously she cannot handle customer service.

Long story short, they gave me an incorrect order. No problem, mistakes happen. I live 20 minutes away so I can't go back, it's after 7 on a school night. So I call. The manager argues me down about the chicken being original when I'm clearly standing at my kitchen counter looking at extra dry, extra crispy chicken. Very unprofessional manager by the name of Deborah Fleming She yelled at me calling me a liar because she knew for a fact she gave me the correct order. Then she insults me by yelling if I couldn't afford the gas to come back, she would give it to me. I asked for the GM's info, she continued to yell about being right. I'm still calm, still polite while is is turned to 1000! To end it all, I say how disappointed I am and she commences to hang up in my face....

I used to really enjoy KFC but in these last few years, they have really gone downhill!!! Their chicken is smaller, fattier, not as tasty and not as friendly anymore. I've been to a few of them between Marshall, Tx. and Shreveport, La. The Marshall store needs to close down! They're pitiful!!! My wife got a chicken pot pie 🥧 there and it had not one piece of chicken in it. She was so mad about it that we went back to tell them about it. We bought another one but this time they opened it up and stuffed it with chicken. Too little, too late. I don't like chicken with a lot of fat inside of it and I want a decent size of meat. Think they can do this? Hmmmm The stores in La. are better but not what they use to be. They need to step up...
