This seem to be the problem that is truly hurting business today, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife and I eat out every single day except Saturday and Sunday. My wife ordered a supreme pizza, the manager said OKAY, no problem. We waited about 30 minutes which was longer than needed. We were seated close enough to hear the call out of the pizza, still we received no call out that the pizza was ready. I decided to walk to the front to checking on the pizza. The manager who had a stone-cold look on his face without a smile says to me" I put it out and made a call. I said with a smile; no sir you did not call it out because I was facing the front listening for the pizza. He pauses for a moment and stares at me as if I was lying or he did not want to make it again, So I said " is it a problem to make it again. The cashier says, its two pieces left I thought that was very hilarious. The manager was very upset and made it clear with his body language that he did not want to re make it. This time he gives me a ticket, remind you, the first time he did not. The manager and his team dropped the ball felling to give me a ticket the first time. Most business go out of business because of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO CI CI PIZZA. There is a manager work there who is very nice, he was the reason my wife and I returned this time, this manager there this time is going to cause CI CI pizza to lose business. I plan to let my friends know that there is a manager there who seems to be RACIST. Part 2 , my wife and I went back there to eat because of my wife. The reason we went back is because we have the right to visit any restaurant without fear or worry of racist or how someone feel about blacks. We plan to deal with this manager bad behavior by contacting BBB and other services. My last visit , once he saw my face he decided to go around the corner with another employee and talk about me. Read moreTiara was horrible. She was on her personal cell phone when I arrived. I had a coupon. The amount she gave me was not totaled properly. When I asked why, she said that she charged me for a drink. I told her I didn't ask for a drink and that I was having water. She proceeded to tell me that a drink came with it. Ma'am, it does not come with it if you charged me for it. Comes with it, means already covered in the price and not a separate charge. My aunt decided that she wanted a to-go cup. I asked how much the cup would be with my military discount. She told me that in order to ring up the military discount, it could not be voided. That I would have to purchase the cup for her to tell me how much. I simply don't understand her reasoning. I asked for a manager. With a smirk, she told me that she was the manager. I'm a disabled veteran, unable to work. This was a rare treat that I was only able to afford because of the coupon. I realize that I was not paying full price, but I did expect to be treated nicer. There is a large sign on the buffet stating that personal pizzas would no longer be made for special orders. It would be a half pizza placed on the buffet. I waited a very long time to order the taco pizza. Of course, it was Tiara who helped me. I'm thinking that she didn't think that I could read. I asked for the taco pizza. With an attitude, she told me that the personal pizza could not be made. I read the sign to her. She said okay. I arrived there just after 7. By the time I finished my salad and was ready to eat pizza, they had taken the pasta portion down. I really wanted the sauce to go with my cheese bread even if I couldn't get the pasta. I was out of luck. I was finishing up around 8. Of course, there were no more brownies. I did ask. Read moreI haven't been to Cicis in a LONG time! I'm visiting family for Christmas from Idaho. We don't have a Cicis in Idaho, so I decided to go here yesterday for lunch, but it might be a while before I go back. I've been to Cicis in other states that i have lived in.
I went with my brother, niece, and nephew. The service was good. One of the staff made a custom pizza, and the food tasted just as it normally does. The restaurant was a little messy, but they do get a lot of traffic when they are busy.
Everything seemed fine until early the next morning. I'm talking in the AM early! ⚠️ ME, my brother, niece, and nephew all got food poisoning from eating here the day before. ⚠️ We all threw up 🤮 several times during the night and had many trips to the toilet with diarrhea. I still feel a little woozy the morning after. I started feeling a little sick a few hours after I got done eating here, but I thought maybe it was just heartburn.
It's sad too because we would go to Cicis all the time at different locations growing up. (TX ,CO, LA etc.) I always liked the buffet style pizza. Never had any issues with food poisoning prior to this, but after this recent experience, unless they deep clean the place, and take extra care of how the food is prepared and stored, I may not eat here again. We shall see.
If I do come back, if the restaurant looks dirty upon entering, I may turn around and leave. I'll definitely be more on the cautious side...
