This is one of the best bubble tea places in sbc. It honestly is a 5 star but i have just a few criticisms. 1 it would be REALLY helpful to have just a short description/explanation of drink/food items for people unfamiliar. Im becoming a regular and learning alot of them but for new customers it can be intimidating and anxiety inducing if theres people lining up behind you and you have to ask a million questions of "what is a __?" The last i looked online that menu didn't have a small explanation either. Just a small criticism so that it doesnt hold up the line and people dont feel rushed or anxious to make a decision, especially since the place is popular and the wait time is a little long (thats not really a problem to me, but just to warn you expect to wait for your food especially hotdogs since they are made to order. It is worth it though) The other criticism is the korean hot dogs are pretty good, my absolute favorite is still from dallas and my favorite in town is from another place, i dont really like that the condiments are .25$-1$ extra. Both in dallas and at the other place locally condiments come with it usually and are also usually a self serve situation under supervision. I dont want it to feel like im splitting hairs over .25$ or 1$ but if you know how korean hot dogs work you usually use more than one kind of condiment which that can add up quickly. Some positive feedback though, the mochi donuts are DELICIOUS they are the best ive tasted even compared to places in dallas in the korean mall like paris Baguette. Dont change a thing on the base recipe. I cant wait to try all the flavors. The drinks are so good. And even though it can seem overwhelming and confusing without the descriptions the creativity of them is superb. The tropical one, ube milk tea, and Hawaiian one i love. I also love the midnight milk tea too (not sure if thats the right name 😅). I cant wait to see tea mochi grow and flourish. Yall PLEASE support their business. We dont get very many places like this...

Food is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I have zero complaints about the food whatsoever but the service was horrible! I literally never right reviews but I felt like I just had to say something. I have been there twice and I’m obsessed with the Korean corn dogs and the slush smoothies. However, the very first time I went I wasn’t greeted at all when I entered the restaurant and the cashier basically stared at my sister and myself. She wouldn’t even acknowledge us until I greeted her (might I add my sister and I both spoke upon entering the building). She was extremely rude and simply acted like she didn’t like her job. In all honesty I feel like she just didn’t like us because as we observed her behavior with other customers, we noticed she was extremely friendly with them. We approached her again to get our food and once again she frowned as was rude. My sister and I remained friendly with her. She even ask the other cashier to service us and disappeared into the back. Today, was our second time visiting and as soon as we entered the building she walked away from the register, asked the other worker to service us and disappeared into the back. She would appear to help with other customers but never us. I love the establishment but the customer service would stop me from being a returning customer. I also had an issue with my order and while the other cashier was sweet and did assist me I still wasn’t...

TL;DR - Food's good, drinks are good. Don't eat there if you're on a time crunch. The employees don't care.

I generally like this place since it's close to my work, but I've noticed a decline on customer service and efficiency. Bought some drinks and popcorn chicken today while I was on my lunch break. I get the drinks no problem, but near the end of my lunch I realized they hadn't called me for the chicken. Okay, cool, I work roughly in the same area as Tea Mochi, so I ask one of the girls if there's an update on my chicken. She goes to the back, comes back out and goes "It'll be ready in 3 minutes." Alright.

Five minutes pass. No chicken. I've been passing the girls looks the entire time.

Ten minutes. I'm supposed to be back at work, so I say 'screw it' and leave. That was supposed to be my lunch. But I wasted it and then some because I thought they'd actually finish my order.

I understand it's a busy strip. But when I spend my entire lunch there and don't even get all of my order, and it wasn't even super busy for the 30 minutes I sat there waiting in plain sight? That...

First off, the atmosphere when you walk in reminds me of how Bubble Tea places should be. It's clean and inviting by the friendly staff. We ordered each donut, and they were all great. The consistency was perfect and not too overwhelmingly sweet. My favorite will have to be the Sesame Mochi Donut. I do wish there was traditional milk tea. We ordered the jasmine milk tea, but there was a lack of tea flavor. The Hokkaido milk tea was good as it should be. The tea was not too sweet as well, and that is how we like our milk tea, but I was hoping for more of a stronger tea so that the milk did not overpower the drink. I will say I will be back to try the other items and will try the korean corn dogs once available Second Visit: avocado smoothie is absolutely amazing. I have never been able to find one like this in America. Exactly how it's made in Vietnam.. fresh and not overpowered by sweets and water. Love it

It was so bloody hot on this Saturday evening. I'm from out of town. I'm a stranger. I was hurting for something sweet. Something my primary care physician would turn his nose up to. Something that would require me to seek insulin at the local CVS. And then I saw it...mochi heaven. It was so unexpected and yet so nice to see this little gem amongst the many businesses in a strip mall in Bossier (or am I in Shreveport? I can never tell) Lots to chose from depending on what you have a hankering for. The air conditioner was top notch which made enjoying my tea a pleasant and calming experience.i ordered one of each of the mochi rings...no need to report this to my primary care physician as he will have all the proof he needs when he checks my hemoglobin a1c. Come and enjoy some yummy treats inspired by the land of morning calm is this groovy place called Tea Mochi. You won't regret it.

I'm already a huge fan of bubble tea, but Tea Mochi goes above and beyond. Their staff is so patient and friendly. I asked a lot of questions about the items on their menu during my first visit, and they never seemed annoyed or ready to move on to the next customer. The drinks were wonderful! I got the Midnight Mist (pictured), and my husband got the Thai Green Milk Tea. I wished the Midnight Mist was a little sweeter, but I just need to ask for extra sugar next time. :D The mochi donuts definitely added something sweet to the mix. We have tried the churro, Nutella, chocolate, and cookies & cream donuts. Cookies & cream is our favorite, so far! My husband is counting down the days until the Korean corndogs debut, and we can't wait to return!
