McDonald's — Restaurant in Shreveport

I had to wait several minutes at the drive thru before my order was taken. I said "I'd like a sausage and cheese Mcmuffin, a hashbrown, and a small oran.." to which I was cut off by the employee saying "you want a sausage cheese muffin, hashbrown, and orange juice ? Pull around." I got to the window and she asked me what my total was. I said I didn't know since she didn't tell me. She walked away to find out my total. It seemed correct for a sausage and cheese muffin, which if you buy one, the hashbrown is one dollar,plus the cost of a juice. She gave me my change and bag and receipt, then walked away. I was waiting for my juice, so she came back and asked what else I needed. I said I need my juice, she said what juice? I looked at my receipt and indeed she had not rung me up for a juice, but instead for a full priced hashbrown and sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and no drink. There was a straw in the bag though so what was that for? I had already waited an extensive amount so did not have time to wait for it all to be corrected. I removed the egg from my 3.49 sandwhich which if it would have been what I ordered would cost 1.29. I do not eat egg and do not want to pay $2 more for something I throw away. This cashier was not friendly, not accommodating, and I will not be coming back to this McDonald's where accuracy and customer service are...

I pull in to the drive through tonight and it was extremely slow. There were no cars in line and no cars in the parking lot so I thought great I’ll get fast fresh food. As I sit and wait to order with me being the only car in line I had to call the store to ask if they were taking orders. After my call they proceeded to take my order and were very rude and brash. No worries I’ve had worse customer service at this location and I don’t usually complain. But as I returned home which is a 4 min drive from this location I noticed my food was lackluster at best. The fries were so hard and obviously had been sitting for quite some time I almost lost a tooth biting into it. Sandwiches were thrown together without a care in the world. This isn’t my first time getting terrible service from this location but it will be my last. Retrain rehire and do not accept employees that take no pride...

Ordered on the app. Got in one of the two lines and after 20 minutes, made it to the speaker and sat there for about 5 minutes. No one ever came over the intercom. Pulled out of line and went inside for pick-up. Waited with about 8 other people for our orders. Watched at least 6 employees working with no real urgency. They were not horribly understaffed. One fellow working the drive thru, sauntered from behind the counter to leisurely get himself a soft drink from the fountain drink machine in the dining room and then shuffle back behind the counter sipping on his drink. It took a total of 40 minutes to get my sausage egg McMuffin meal. No apology or explanation for the wait. Never going to this McDonald's again. The only way these places will improve is to stop patronizing them. Until then, the shotty service will continue as long as we go, regardless of how we are treated....
