This was, without question, the most negligent and distressing fast-food experience I have ever had. I had my 6 and 8-year-old children with me, and the way this location handled our order was a disgrace. We used the walk-up ordering shortly after 9 PM. The screen wasnât working - we had to flag down a car-hop to take our order, which took a good 20 minutes. The initial order for three full combo meals (a $35 charge) was catastrophically wrong: the bag only contained a single hamburger. When we went to the door to get the order corrected, staff and management completely fell apart. We stood there for at least 15 - 20 minutes with two tired, hungry childrenâwhile watching employees inside actively look at us, and refuse to engage. They prioritized avoiding confrontation over correcting their mistake and serving their customers. When someone was finally forced to come out and "fix" the order, the nightmare continued. We drove home to find the order was still wrong, missing multiple key items, and the food we did receive was not what we ordered. $35 wasted for zero edible food, and over an hour of unnecessary distress caused by staff negligence. I never see her name on the screen like I can for everyone else's, but she works the first shift and drives a dark red car. Whoever she is, she is very rude and poor customer service compared to the rest of the staff(I never have an issue with anyone else). She always has an attitude. Idk why because I don't talk much, always treat them how I want to be treated. Especially as someone who has worker fast food before because I know how it feels to have those types of customers. Yesterday she lied and said they don't offer lunch at breakfast time and how I was "lucky" because anyone else wouldn't have made my order, slung me my food, and ran back inside. Well, the food quality was so bad I felt dirty eating it. I admit, I did eat most of it. Just some simple chicken strips and fries. I was particularly hungry, which is why I even pulled in there, I was right by it for something else. So the chicken was so plain and small. Seemed like it was fried in week old oil. Fries were actually better than the chicken. But donât get the big head french fries! I believe in no fry left behind! But I am sad to say, I left several of them in the bag with no remorse.
