KFC — Restaurant in Shreveport

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever encountered. I would gladly give negative stars to make sure that an accurate recording would be recorded. The cashier who took my order had some trouble with the register after I changed my mind about part of my order. I was redeeming a survey coupon where it stated that I had to purchase a soda. I was already getting a meal and a drink was included so I said I would just redeem my coupon another time. Faye (the cashier) had to call a manager to assist with the transaction and in the meantime she grabbed my coupon and crumpled it up and threw it into the garbage can. I told her that I wanted my coupon back. My order was now correct on the screen and I paid for my meal. Faye then handed me another customers receipt that had the survey filled out, I told her no thank you I wanted the one I handed her. Faye told me that it was now in a nasty trash can and she was not gonna reach inside and get it. I told her that I would. I was given the trash can and 1 very small glove. I searched through the entire can and my coupon was not in it. I told Faye and she picked my coupon off of the floor and opened it up and said yes this is yours and crumpled it back up and threw it onto the floor. The entire time all of this was taking place the manager on duty was aware and stayed in the back. Another employee Tangela handed me my coupon . This is the cliff notes version and of course there were many words said. I will NEVER spend a dollar, use a coupon and will use the power of my words to inform others on how I was treated. You don't want to eat here. I'd stopped eating here years ago due to the customer service as well as issues when ordering such as something on the menu constantly being unavailable. But because I wanted a change I decided to go here today, MISTAKE. As usual, my order was incomplete and the taste of the food did not meet expected quality. The associates are rude as hell, their communication sucks and had the nerve to have an attitude because you have a problem with your order. This location sits on a very busy strip right off the interstate but their parking lot is almost always empty especially compared to the business you see at surrounding locations, that says a lot. Keep your money people, and go somewhere where your business is appreciated and you can receive the customer service...

If I could give it less stars I would, this place was a mess from the beginning. I was rushed through the drive thru by the rude cashier. I forgot to add a biscuit and ask at the window if she could add it and she told me me NO (attitude and all) she then asked me to pull up and wait 10 min because our food was not ready. I got out and went inside and ordered my biscuit (front cashier was so sweet) when they finally came out with my food, it was not my order. Had to walk back inside to have that fixed. Overall I will not come back to this location and please get extra trainer for your drive thru cashier. Her attitude from the very beginning was awful. Also.
