If sign says full menu all day, then maybe offer full menu all day. Most barren, underwhelming breakfast options available. Honestly, stick to lunch items only.
Edit: had to correct order three times, then treated as if I'm the one who went behindthe counter and messed up it up. Finally got it right and they retaliated by skimping on the beans and cheese. (Despite paying for extra.)
Edit: if you have basically three drink options, maybe you should actually change the bags for the machine. Edit: photo proof of their "extra cheese" below. I asked for extra cheese. there's literally just beans in both my burritos, nothing else. Asked for two things of cheese on the side and I'd do it myself.they said they put it in but usually you can see the cheese, especially when its extra. They said they put it in and then only gave me one side. I'm incredibly tired of paying for things and in no way receiving them. Especially when it's an item that has literally two ingredients in it.
Edit: yesterday, I was told breakfast ends at 10:30. Today it was 9. Consistency would be nice.
Usually have no trouble. but today I ordered a bean burrito--it was customized so it was literally just beans and cheese. They messed up. I got a refund. I then tried to order the same thing again, because I wanted comfort food. They made me wait for 30 minutes before they canceled my order without any reason to. I just wanted...
Read moreKudos! On finally learning how to get a person's order right, it's taken a while, but I am now more willing to trust that the food that I receive is actually what I ordered and how I ordered it to be.
Still, it's frustrating that I have to wait in a long drive-thru line prior to informing the drive-thru operator that I have a mobile order and then being told to pull forward, because my mobile order will take a "little bit" because it just came through. Like seriously? What is the difference between my mobile order and someone placing an order in the drive-thru?
Is it that you can start making their food as they order it? Because I had to wait ~15 minutes the other night for my food to be made, the equivalent of 3 other cars, placing their order, paying, giving their food, and leaving. Then when the person comes out with my food, "Mobile order? Are you the mobile order?" Then tells me to wait a minute, before going back inside to get my food and bringing it out to me. I mean, it's not like my name isn't associated with my order when I place it in the app.
FYI!!! They close early because of Covid. It's definitely not the 0700 to 0000 that is posted on the app or Google. If I recall correctly, the change in hours is not posted anywhere on the building or their signage; the lights are off and parking lot dark. This isn't actually for this Taco...
Read moreI've been eating here for more than a decade since I work right around the corner, but today might have ruined that. They shorted me a taco, which is no big deal since it's only $1.29, but the way they treated me when I called to report it was kinda ridiculous. Tasha, or Natasha, perhaps, answered my first two calls and promptly hung up on me. So, I called a third time and asked for the manager. I mentioned how unprofessional it was to hang up on a customer, and she responded with "well, ain't nothing gonna change." I asked her for her regional manager's number, which is on the drive thru window, and she told me to just call 1-800-TACO-BELL and get it. I asked her again for the number that I know is located on the window since I have gone through that drive thru at least 3 times a month for the past 13 years, so she went to get it for me but did not put the phone on hold and loudly berated "that idiot on the phone." I called the regional manager after getting the number and left a voice mail, but I have yet to hear anything back from them. I'm a little let down at all of this, and I guess I should've just ignored my one missing taco and not called in the first place, but now that I know how customers are truly treated at this place, then I'm just going to start going to a different Taco Bell...
