Wendy's — Restaurant in Shreveport

Google shows this Wendy's location closes at 1am. However, last night Friday Jan 7th into Saturday January 8th, we were at this drive through line at 12:55am. No one came to the beeper even though the lights were on. Drove around to the window and employees were hurrying to finish cleaning yet they still had several minutes left to be open. After having gone to the Wendy's on You're Drive that closed at least 15-20 mins early to rush to this one bc they were still supposed to be open, it is very aggravating. My family spends $20-$40 a visit here, several times a week, yet we can find us another store that appreciates our business, since these employees are too busy closing early to accommodate themselves instead of the customers. There is NO WAY I would hire one of...

Ok update, I hate to give this great place a bad review but the "lady" at the drive through tonight 5/30/19 is pushy and rude. Maybe she's had a long day, me too. Get rid of her she bringing down a good team or put her pick up trash, but never let her talk to your customers.

I never give reviews, but l come to this Wendy's a lot and have always been treated nice by everyone working on lunch and dinner shifts. I have lunch here at least once a week and bring home dinner once or twice a week. The orders have always been correct and the food is always fresh. My hat is off to whoever hires and train the crews. They are great. Andy Foster

So far as Wendy's go, they did well. The staff at the drive through were fairly friendly and the wait was not too terribly long. The only real mistake was my own. I prefer to order my drinks with no ice. I neglected to request this at the intercom. When I was handed out my drink with ice, my first thought (though not expressed verbally) was "Yet again my drink comes out with ice even though as always I expressly requested..... oh....) I realized it was my neglect in an instant which included the ice in my cup, not the cashier's. I smiled and told her thank you and have a great evening. She returned my salutation and I drove off.
