This place is a joke! I gave a 1 star but really they are a ZERO star. 3 employees, 2 talking non-stop right in front of us the whole time! Came in and was asked "ya know what ya want?" NO one there! Should have left as soon as we walked in! I ordered a small BLT...how can you screw that up? I got the half end of a very old, crusty "roll". Handful of shredded, older lettuce, a few (2) very wet tomato slices and a handful of extremely burnt bacon pieces that crumbled upon impact of being placed on the "roll". My husband order another small...the other half of the very old crusty "roll". We added a small bag of chips....total for this $30 UNBELIEVABLE!! FIRST & LAST TIME I WILL VISIT THIS OR ANY OTHER JERSEY MIKE'S. UNEXCEPTABLE!! Even the worst SUBWAY would have been better than this. I know businesses all have a hard time getting and keeping employees. If these employees only knew the first impressions they are creating for their business owners. They can make and break a business. Tonight, they clearly BROKE this business for us. Take some pride in your job! Jersey Mike's there is ALWAYS room to improve, use this room. You are in an area where people have LOTS of better choices to spend our money...If I had a do over, I would not have chosen your...

I ordered subs at 7:50pm yesterday on 7/19/2022, I used the online app to order and then came in when it said it would be ready. However… upon coming in and waiting for my food, I waited off to the side. I hoped that someone by the register would of helped me or asked if I was waiting for an order. Everyone looks at me but totally ignores the fact that I’m there waiting. Mind you, there are 4 people around the register, all talking to each other and laughing but not helping the customers out. The only person that came out to help me is someone who was working in the line on the subs, they noticed I was waiting a long time. This is unacceptable and people shouldn’t haven’t to wait to be noticed. Be vocal, and ask for the customer and see if they need help. If you are at work you should be doing your job not hanging around the register in a circle ⭕️ joking around laughing and ignoring customers. The food is great, however the service...

We should have walked out as soon as we walked in when we saw staff using grinder rolls as swords. But no, we came in, ordered two hot grinders - a chicken Philly and a steak Philly. And then walked to the tables in front waiting for our meals. Please see photo of trash on chairs and under the tables. Then when we received our order, well I've never seen grilled chicken look like that (see pic) especially compared to the chicken Philly on their website. Their explanation was that "Well, that's the website photo." Four staff behind the counter and no manager in sight. Plus staff argued with us when we asked about the chicken's odd appearance. If i could give negative stars, I would. The young man apologized for arguing with us and did come out to clean while the young woman just gave attitude the whole time. And said, as if this explained anything "It's a shift change." Oh, did I mention we were the only customers? ...
