Iāve came here many times as a third party delivery driver and always wanted to try, but never found the time. Tonight I was driving by and finally was able to try. When I got to the door it was about ten minutes before closing time and I felt horrible because I saw the two employees cleaning up. One girl who took my order was so friendly and inviting she told me it was totally fine, she was so patient waiting for me to decide (since Iāve never ordered here for myself before). She asked if I was a loyalty member I said no, I wish she asked if Iād like to sign up but I understand it was closing time and she wanted to go home. A couple things that I had issues with were: the girl making my bowl, when she realized I was ordering she rolled her eyes and was irritated. When she handed it to me I said thank you so much and she said āyupā and then I said have a good night. - To be fair I was out of there even before 8pm so the Snarkiness was uncalled for. Secondly, I was charged $1 for each topping. $1 for blueberries and I only got what seemed like 5-7 blueberries? Quite a few more strawberry chunks but not what I would imagine $1 worth would be. Same with the honey drizzle seemed like half a teaspoon but that was $1.
I still gave 5 stars because of the one employee that was super nice and helpful, the environment is always clean, inviting and beautifully decorated. As well the bowl was delicious, even if it were lacking toppings. Lastly because I read reviews before posting and appreciate and love how the owner responds so eloquently, thoroughly, and very thoughtfully to each review/customer. Many of these reviews are crazy to me and the fact that the owner can own up to (even if and when the customer isnāt right) and offer so much in return to help remedy the situation (with no duty to do so) is so humbling and amazing.
Ps. These low reviewers should go back in and update their star rating after getting amazing feedback from the owner. Especially the one about having food poisoning. How can you blame one company on a Google review, especially when it wasnāt even them? Thatās insane to me lol! Youāre ruining a companyās rating by a false statement.
Anyway, Iām sorry for the novel. This restaurant, as well as the owner, is amazing. I will definitely return to try other...

Iām still really bothered by the woman that sat at the register and took our order though.. we walked in and I said hi to her, she was sitting on a stool looking down at her phone barely looking up, only asking if we knew what we wanted. Apparently they were all out of it, but no one contacted me to let me know so I could at least choose a different base to take its place. There was a note on my bowl saying they were all out.
