Starbucks — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

Honestly really disappointed in the ATTITUDE I just received for simply saying “oh I’m just waiting on one for Bri” since the girl who came in behind me received her drink before mine was even made. I work fast food I understand getting busy but going “oh well we have a line” with attitude to a customer waiting for something is so rude. I would NEVER speak to a customer in my store like that with the tone I got. This was a male worker. So extremely disappointing since I come here literally every single day after work and most workers are very sweet but this blonde male was so rude. Be cautious of this location, due to the fact that it is a hit or miss. Half the time I have gotten drinks from Shewsbury Starbucks, It was made wrong or with no effort. That then resulted in a drink that tastes horrible, an example would be a mocha latte that tastes like nothing but warm milk. It's supposed to taste like coffee with a nice mocha flavoring and be steamed to it's standards. Starbucks needs to look out for who they hire here, because the baristas are careless and quite often the rude ones work the shifts after 6 pm. I hope i'm not the only one who thinks this! I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks location!!! Always Friendly Baristas!! The store is well lit, I always feel comfortable going here, I see hand washing all the time, unlike some locations I will not mention. The baristas really work hard at all locations, I have never had a drink made wrong here it is always GREAT!!! I have seen other people ask for a remake and they never hesitate to do so.
