Water pipe and pipe inventory is bland. You can get nicer ones for nearly the same price elsewhere. (no colors no great pieces, good for noobs maybe) Knowledge of inventory unfortunately not so great either. Was sold a wax pen and was told it was a dry atomizer. (broke after a few minutes) Friendly service though. Don't drive too far out of your way for this one. (SIDE NOTE: a lot of these reviews look like they've only reviewed one thing ever... and it happened to be this store ....pretty suspicious and so they're probably fake reviews)

update/reply to owner: It looks like my review were accurate as this place is now closed. :( awe what happened? changed to 1 star as they replied very negatively and lied about ..pretty much every word except me chaging my review. I changed from 3 to 2 and now 1. that part was accurate. 3 stars after 1st visit, then 2 after item broke, now 1 because you're a con artist lying POS 🤥 good look with your future scams

This place is great. I have been coming here since they opened. I have met many different people working in the store and it is rare that every person, every time I have been in have been the nicest, welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring people I have met. The customer service is the best I’ve seen from any store I have ever been to. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they have ordered it in for me. You’re really walk in and feel like family. They have a huge selection. I hope everyone gives this store a try and you will see the difference. Hands down best customer experience out there. Thank you to everyone...

Good store with good prices. Friends have complained about some of their disposables but I’ve never had a problem. Only reason I can’t rate 5 stars is because my preferred flavor is never in stock and after finally remembering the promotional stamp card for 5 separate purchases the promotion for one free vape was no longer going on. I feel if someone has a card from when the promotion is going on then they should be allowed to exchange it for the one free vape. So in all, one star off for each complaint of mine
