Periodically my family and I will make a decision to spoil ourselves at a local eatery. On 7/30/2016 the choice was Arby's in beautiful Sidney Ohio. While the menu selections we made were staples for the restaurant, it took an eternity to get the order filled in the drive thru and even longer to have the transaction completed at the window. The lady attending the drive thru that early evening was very polite but missed the mark on getting our order filled accurately and the food was cold. I could have turned the vehicle back around or even went into the restaurant and voiced a complaint, but we felt that it probably not accomplish much. Read moreThis was the worst Arby's I've ever eaten. I have eaten a this Arby's before and the food was fine, but today it was just gross. My moz sticks were soggy and dripping grease, to the point I didn't finish them, and my classic roast beef was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting there.
We stood there for a good bit before our order was taken, and we weren't even acknowledged (saying we'll be with you as soon as possible would help). Problem was they were obviously short staffed, as there was 1 person taking drive-thru orders and front counter. I'm sure they were trying, and it's not their fault there's clearly not enough staff there.
