Starbucks — Restaurant in Sidney

I can not believe Starbucks let’s this location use their name! For three weeks in a row the expresso machine was down! Then other times there is a sign saying be back at a certain time! I find this to be bad business I don’t drive 20-30 min out of my way to not be able to get what I want or due to them being on a break! Makes no sense when I have gone to several Starbucks in Kroger’s & this is NEVER the case! Even the machines being down for weeks on end?? Why would this not be fixed ASAP! I can’t stand when I go just to waste time cuz I can’t get anything that is just bad business!! Would not suggest anyone to waste...

Hailey / Haley (not sure how she spells it) deserves a raise. I don’t go to Starbucks much so I wasn’t sure what to order but instead of leaving me to take a risk on a random drink, she asked what type of general drink I was in the mood for and crafted me up something that I don’t even think was on the menu and it was the best drink I’ve ever had in my life. Not to mention how friendly she was throughout the whole interaction. She even gave a little girl who was watching her work some chocolate chips. Hailey’s out here just making everyone’s day, hope I’m back in the area soon to visit this...

This place never has anything I order that’s on the menu there always out of it I bought a reusable cup so I don’t waist a lot of plastic and they never have the straw for it when which is weird because when they get the cups they should have the straws the first time I went the lady told me to come back with the recite to get the straw the second time was ab a week later I order the lady was rude because they didn’t have what I order then was even ruder when I asked for a reusable straw and started to get attitude and this was early in the morning I was first in line.
