All together a bad experience.at this place ..3 pm lunch stopped into grab some wings to go it wasn't to busy .they had two tables and all but 4 seats available at the bar . At first I sat at the table eventually moving over to the bar because no one came to wait on me .there was 3 ladies running back and forth around the bar , one of which talked to some guys the entire time ! After about 10 more mins I get one of their attention but I had to wave the waitress down 👎 to place a order they all seen me i am sure of that then.i placed a twnty wing order with extra buffalo 🐃 sauce and a soda while i waited . Is it there for about 15 -20 mins again I had to wave the waitress down behind the bar to ask about my wings being ready? She said I will check ..comes back saying a few more mins ..that turned into about another 10 and I finally said out loud are those my wings that's under the heat warmer ? Now mins you my half hour dinner break is now over 30 mins...I finally get them she hands me the ticket and walked off and served the man two seats from me . So I wait to pay she doesn't come around the bar my way she goes the other . Me being late now I just procede to front door check out ..no one,not a sole came to ring my purchase out .I stood there .getting more upset by now I over 43 mins on dinner break .I decided hell within leaving if they don't want the money I am going to lose my job.i out the wings in the car andi wanted to leave but i wadnt going to jail over 20 damn wings .I went back and found the waitress explai ed i was going leave completely was ignored by the wait staff there just take my bill please ! She I forms me she can't ring the other waitress orders in?? I am like well that's freaking great cause she can't seem to do that either .i wrote all that disappoint my purchase .then I go search for the waitress who is busy talking to the guys and explain this mess that has happened and that i was not happy at all talking almost hour and i wouldn't even have time.to enjoy dinner they would have to be supper now . and had no x sauce could she please go grab that quickly . She rings my bill up hands my credit card ,leaves and brings me two cups of sauce and said thank you dismissing me and walking back to the conversation she left for me . I left pissed and was like ya know just let it go it's not worth it ! The more I thought about how dismissed me did not thank me messed up the order and completely ignored my presents after spending almost 27 $ ..I called the store talked to manager and let her know I was. It at all happy and she charged me full price ? The manager ..I am sorry I will credit you another order of wings for your next visit !? I will not be back if I do it will be a different way of me being bold and possibly rude to them if it is anything like this experience I will not go back they completely...

This use to be our every weekend go to and we haven’t been in there for almost a year ! There is one female bartender that has no business working in a public place and I believe her name is Abby, I never knew she was around 30 years old and has two or three children, she dresses like someone who belongs at a hooters restaurant but most of them in there do, she even acts like a folder with her tantrums where everyone in that place can hear her. I am friends with one of the girls that works at bdubs which is how I found out she’s in her 30s . Anymore we go to the one in Troy . However the do have the best beer cheese I’ve ever had and they do have very good chicken tenders, my daughter had ordered through door dash and her funnel cake fries were burnt my fiancé also likes their white chili Their women’s restroom is always a MESS and freezing cold in there , always out of toilet paper My favorite bartender use to be Sam but now is Jess, Jess is a sweetheart and deserves a raise ! I can’t seem to figure out why they cater to Abby’s crybaby needs ! They need to get rid of her. We have quite a few friends that have even quit going there because of her. She’s very rude ! Always acts like she’s extremely busy and there would be as little as ten people total in there from what I hear nothing has changed . It’s sad because like I said when we first started coming here it was a great place to go to for a few drinks . If they don’t fix these issues they will lose all their regulars 🤷🏻‍♀️...

Stopped by for lunch with my daughter-in-law - my server was amazing and so sweet to say the least! Food was also great…. would give my service 5 stars….

…..until I got my bill. There was an issue with the bill and the manager (with the white hair & orange skin, in her 70’s) was extremely rude and wore so much perfume that I could taste it. I wouldn’t be writing this review if I had not had that encounter with that woman who shouldn’t even tell people that she is a “manager” because if that’s the type of management Frickers wants, I will never be back. When I asked for her name she said “you don’t need my name”…. It was so uncomfortable, and honestly, I’ve never been treated so poorly before. She clearly had no interest in being helpful or polite, and I felt judged the entire time. By the end, she even gave me a fake smile and sarcastically told me to "have a nice day" after treating us like we didn’t matter at all and all I was trying to do was get our bill...
