Today was the final straw! I've dealt with many issues here & kept going back. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with what comes on it, +extra pickles. I noticed it looked sloppy & had red onions on (I excused that, I like onions). I added a pkt of mustard. Started to eat it, everything was falling off, sliding all over, when I noticed they had put a mustard/mayo mix on the underside, LOTs of it! Ewww, so with my mustard I added, made for a MESS! One bite (half way thru), chicken tasted really bad (spoiled, smell taste, I spit it out). I had manager come over. Cathy had another made. I asked to get it to go. Kid was walking all over restaurant trying to find me (it was on a tray, NOT even in a box, an OPEN paper, eww! I took one look, said the bun was SMASHED down! Asked for another top bun. When the dark hair/dark complexioned girl heard that I wanted a new, not smashed bun, (she was on the side to remake it), she used the "F" word out loud! Culver's were not even busy yet, at least 7 young people standing on counter side, many doing NOTHING! Many more workers in the back. I told the girl that finally brought the remake of a remake over, that I would NOT be back after this one, that I would do a review, the girl should've not used the "F" word, as she was NOT the one paying MY bill! Hopefully this time, I can stay away, not that many places to go in Sidney, to get low fat foods, like the grilled chicken. Really need to hire older people that REALLY care about earning their paycheck and DO THEIR JOB! There are some really good workers there that are young, (didn't see them if they were there), today, it seemed like a big party going on behind the counter! Tables and seats were dirty! This wasn't even the worst that's happened here, but hopefully it is my last time to let it upset me! Work ethics for many don't exist, what a shame! Talking with co-workers, leisurely taking their time to do the job is what I definitely noticed & heard going on today! After I left, I felt bad for the manager, what a job she has trying to manage all these kids, many that are not there to work! Maybe down the road, I will give it another...
Read moreJust had our first visit to Culver’s in Sidney, Ohio, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the friendly service made us feel like long-time customers. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which really enhanced our visit.
Our order didn’t take long to prepare, and when it arrived, we were impressed. The hamburger was incredibly fresh, with flavors that truly stood out. Each bite was a delicious. The fries were equally impressive—crisp and perfectly salted, making for a perfect complement to the burger.
Beyond the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive in this day and age. The whole place was spotless, which added to the overall positive experience. My wife and family appreciate clean restrooms. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
Overall, Culver’s in Sidney offers incredible value for the quality of food and service. We left satisfied and already looking forward to our next visit. Next time we pass by, we'll definitely stop in again. Highly recommend!

I must have come in today during change of shift, with so many kids at the front counter and I take it a manager . One register open, I get it wasn't busy. All of these people and not a Hello, will be right with you, we appreciate you coming here. I started off in this industry in the 80's, number one rule guest are Guest treat them as such. I have been in this unit 4 times, each time the dining room needed attention. Kids at the front counter talking no one checking the dining room ? Tables and chairs dirty. One sanitary bucket of solution, must be some powerful stuff. The garbage cans. were full. The young lady who brought my food out just dropped my tray on the table grabbed my number and kept going. Hello ? Excuse me? does your order look correct ? I will give the cooks Kudos, I have yet to go in and not see the cooks wiping...
