Verizon — Local services in Sidney

So, I'll be honest. I was dreading my visit to this Verizon store. On my last visit our clerk was so hyped up on his Monster drink that he couldn't sit still and it was so distracting. I literally prayed that this would be a better experience. I had to take my 2 teenagers in to get phones. Well, Brooke H was the answer to my prayers. She got right to work, finding out what we needed and printed us a couple quotes in no time. She answered my questions with authority, not arrogance. She explained what was happening every step of the way. We enjoyed nice, natural conversations while we waited and she helped the kids find what they needed as far as accessories. My daughter and I came in for an upgrade on her phone on 11/29/2020 and the employee was overwhelmed with customers and by herself. She really handeled the store very well and multitasked very professionally. Even though people left because they got tired of waiting, it wasn't her fault and she kept acknowledging everyone in the store and saying she would get to them as soon as she could. She had non stop people coming in and even tried to get herself some lunch delivered and didn't get to eat a hot lunch. Point of story, she was professional, knowledgeable and most of all friendly and helpful....

Brooke helped me at the store to get a new phone in which she got a great deal for me and handled it quickly. the only feedback I have is that she could work a little more on her customer service skills even if it is just an easy sale. At one point I asked her a question and she did not even reply because she was on her phone, as she was pretty much the whole time.
