This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any fast food restaurant. Before today I was very happy with every time I’d gone here but today was absolutely horrendous. My husband placed on order through the app at 9 pm. The app said to pick it up at 9:25 so we just sat in the car outside until then. At 9:30 we get out the car and the doors to the lobby is closed. The door says the lobby closes at 10 but we thought nothing of it thinking they mopped and didn’t want to do it again. We go through the drive thru and they said it’d be an hour until the food was ready. We had three meals in total. We didn’t really want to wait that long, both of us having not eaten since breakfast. We said we would I’ll try and cancel through the app since they couldn’t do it for us. It took me ten minutes to drive home which was the same amount of time we spoke through the app with an agent. They said it’d was passed cancelation and they couldn’t do anything. I get back in the car and call KFC at least five times with no answer. On the sixth I get someone who tells me they can no longer make the food for the order because they close soon. Drive through closes at 10:30, it was 9:50. I arrive anyway because I wanted some resolution and they said they would call for us to get a refund. I’m sitting outside the drive thru by 9:55 and no one comes to the window. I get it they don’t really want to talk to me right now. Well they get two more orders on their screens and now those people are behind me in the drive through. 10:15 those people leave because the orders are just taking to long. What I’m even more miffed about is they told us the food was in the fryer it would just take an hour. When we reached out again to the live agent because I’ve been told by KFC employee the refund was issued (but we didn’t have it showing to be refunded yet, mind you I had to call again because no one came to the window) the live agent said they were told they couldn’t complete the order because the fryer was down which is not what we were told by...

Last night was just horrible service, I didn’t have a problem pulling off to the side and waiting on my food. I had a problem with the way things were handled. They gave the person behind me my food and handed me their order and told them this wasn’t my order I have the receipt and the worker continued to walk away , I simply asked her if she was going to make it right and she turned around and stomped and said I’m going to get your food but needless to say she didn’t ask me what my order was just handed me the wrong food and walked away! I gave her the receipt and I waited for my food and she told me I could keep the other food! Since she handed it to me told me I could keep it since I touched it. No biggie right ? That’s cool extra food for the mess up. I was starving and ate a little bit me and my one year old daughter was ready for our dinner . Then a male manager comes out and try’s to hand me my food but refused to hand me the food I paid for and told me I need to hand the other food back or they refuse service. After their worker said I can have it for the mess up and me and my daughter were literally eating what they said we can have!! He accused me of getting free food and not paying for my original order I had to hand him back the food they said I could have ! And I was still missing items out of my bags! I’ve been in food business seriously for years and the lazy ness and the not paying attention to handing pulled to the side orders is getting out of hand. I would like a free family meal out of this because I didn’t deserve to get accused of stealing a meal I paid for and I will be calling corporate because the rudeness and the accusing a PAYING customer is not right, this was around 6:30 pm January 16th ,2022....
Read moreI dont typically give bad reviews. However, it was the first time in years that I had gone to one. It wasn't my home town. I ordered over $40-50 dollars of food for my family. So when I left there... I was gone. Wasn't like I could run back and grab on the condiments they missed. When I called. I was told, "Oh well... we don't offer butter or honey for that matter. If you want them you have to ask." To be quit frank. The girl was a really rude, nasty person. But I was trying to get food quickly for my family as my Dad had died. Cooking wasn't an option. We weren't at home. Didn't have butter and / or honey for biscuits. Who eats those without butter and honey. The last thing she said to me after I explained my frustration and that it was false advertising. (Bc clearly, their sides show the necessary condiments in advertising) Was well they you go right ahead and contact your attorney. Really? No apology. Just a rude little girl. If I were that particular owner/manager, I would have fired her. I supervise 100s of employees, and i would never allow my staff to speak that way to a customer. I will never go there again. There were six people waiting for dinner who didn't those very normal condiments. All they had to do was ask if I needed them but instead I was treated rudly. Training is needed. And I realize how petty it sounds about butter and honey. You don't think it's very needed until u are eating a dry biscuit. Training is needed a long with attitude...
