S.L.O.W. when I arrived at the drive in there was 1 car ahead of me. I ordered and paid quickly. Then my wait began. We sat in between the 1st and 2nd window for more than 5 minutes, when we finally made it to the pick up window, we waited another 5 minutes. Received our drinks and asked to pull to the waiting spot #1 (our fatal mistake) while being handed a free fry coupon. Our order was an entire 7 items! After 10 minutes, we were approached by a very nice, young man who asked if we were waiting for our order. I handed him the receipt and pointed out the time. It took another 12 minutes to receive partial order. Missing the McFlurry. I walked inside to attempt to get the missing McFlurry and make a point on the terrible service. Imagine my response when a manager was CONGRATULATING the team on being on yellow for the drive thru, as I was standing there at 23 minutes. She looked at me, never asked if I needed help and walked out of the building. It took some time before anyone recognized me. I explained the missing McFlurry, one young lady began to scramble to make it, however she needed to Go TO THE BASEMENT to get the candy pieces as there weren't ANY! I watched the discussion if the key color forbthe basement was pink or red, I watched as another young lady spent her time flirting with the recently congratulated drive thru worker, who was returning the flirting while cars sat, I watched while the grill cooks refused to make eye contact. At this point I lost track of time, someone appeared out of the back and offered me more of the damn free fry coupons. I politely declined, telling her "instead of spending your time printing these you need to focus on customer service" finally the candy appeared from the basement and the McFlurry was made in record speed. Except for my sandwich which was now cold as I left it in my car. The point of my review - this is the slowest McDonald's known to man, there are so many people behind the counter everyone of them does not have a function. And it really hope the employee who was hard core flirting with the manager got at least a date for her efforts, she was all in with chasing that boy! Read moreOkay, sometime last week. I went there for a few items for my brother and myself via drive thru. My brother got a triple cheeseburger meal w/ no pickles and a Dr. Pepper. As part of my order I got myself a Chocolate Shake and a Qtr Pounder plain added bacon and Mayonnaise and a 10 piece nugget to munch on throughout the day. What tickled me off was I was given a vanilla shake instead of chocolate. Went inside to get chocolate. Got it. Then I got all the way home. Got my sandwich out. Both top and bottom of my bun cover in a huge amount of mayonnaise that I had to pretty much toss it. My brothers sandwich had pickles on it. Not two but 5 pickles on it. Today Aug 29, 2021 I went to order for me and my brother again via drive thru This time 2 Triple Cheeseburger w/o pickle. One was a meal the other just the sandwich. No meal. I got myself a 10 piece nugget, and wanted 2 Chicken Deluxe’s light lettuce, no tomato and added bacon. I got all the way to my brothers place again. Handed him his order. To no surprise there was pickles added to it. I got my sandwich out and was amazed that I got TWO Qtr Pounders. And then looked at my receipt not only did it say Qtr Pounder on it but it also light lettuce. There wasn’t even lettuce on it. In other words half my order was right half is wrong. This location needs a big improvement. Needs better listening skills. Would not hurt to repeat orders back as well. Read moreWOW! Just left there 0723/21. I had been taking advantage for 2-3 weeks easily on McDonald's "Daily Deal" using that on my app to get a FREE UNSWEET tea, had to buy 1.00 minimum order. Two reasons I loved using this: 1. Get a free UNsweet tea. 2. IF tea was nasty or NO flavor (which happens most of the time at fast food places), then no big deal, as it was free. So I wait in line today, going to buy one, so I could use the deal to get a 2nd UNsweet tea free. NOPE! Now I'm told that deal is ONLY for soft drinks & SWEET tea ONLY! That IS NUTS! Another app bites the dust! This was upsetting, especially when 3-4 other cars in the other lane AFTER me, went before me! Rules are rules, I get that, makes no sense to change after 2-3 weeks of being able to get UNsweet!!!! I was there recently, ordered the big breakfast. The eggs were the worst I'd ever had, did not get extra syrup, which I asked for, the blueberry muffin looked as gross as it tasted, threw it out too! Plus, the girl taking my order told me I could substitute the muffin for the biscuit, since I don't care for those, I asked 2 times & AGAIN at the window, if the muffing is costing extra.....as, it should not if replacing the biscuit. I WAS charged 1.99 extra for the muffin!!!!!!I called in, talked to a manager, told I'd get some coupons, I am still waiting..........customer service is going, going, gone....NOW is 06/07, still waiting!!!
