When I order 'no-salt' fries I expect to wait for 2-6 minutes for a new batch to cook, but in the meantime, your drink is delivered. I usually get a Frosty instead of a drink and most times have to Macgyver a way to eat the treat while waiting for the fries. Recently the Frosty has been handed over with a spoon and napkin, so my wait time can be enjoyed with a few scoops of a still very cold Frosty. My service cats usually garner much attention from the staff and that can be why many servers forgot to hand over a spoon with the Frosty, but included it in the bag that was delivered curbside when the fries were done.
Today a motorcycle was in the handicap zone in the only van-accessible stall. The yellow striping zone is not a free for all parking area for bikes, but a space for a lift/ramp to allow a wheelchair to get in and out of their van. The manager seemed concerned but the bike was still there after 10 minutes and had been there for longer than 30 minutes, so it must have been an employee. This is not the way to treat your customers.
Great friendly service, they are upgrading their facilities during the Corona-19 shutdown, so I am looking forward to the new interior. I like that they are quick to have someone pull over to wait for a special order (my salt-free fries) and not hold...
Read moreI walked into the restaurant like it was a normal day, but what I saw was far from normal. I arrived at the same time a My Little Pony fan group, were apparently on their way to a convention for My Little Pony fanatics. I have seen sights, I cannot un-see. It wasn't the females that shocked me, as much as the male Bronies. I do not respect them less as human beings or as men, I just worry about their future, in a often cold world such as this. So I bought them each a milkshake and large fries. I figured it was the least I could do. A public service perhaps. A well fed brownie, is a happy brownie. I may not agree with them, but I respect them as human beings. Only at a Wendy's restaurant, could I meet such people. Giving me the opportunity to advance my personal belief system and perform acts of charity. Thank you Wendy, and God bless America... because in a way we are all Brownies. We are all in one way or another searching for the Fluttershy or Pinkie Pie in ourselves. Trying to be the best Brownies we can be. You know what. I'm gonna start watching My Little Pony now. I'm going to see what I've been missing, because I'm a American, exercising my freedom to search for happiness. God...
Read moreThe other night I went to through the drive-thru w/ a friend. So my friend ordered a double stax, fries and a M. frosty. Well, idk if the window cashier was new but he was asking alot of questions from another employee. Which, btw, all the employees looked under 16. Nothing wrong w/ that, however, at least do the job like an adult. Anyway, when we saw the frosty being handed to him to in turn, give to us, we noticed it was a S. Which my friend said that was fine. So when he handed it to us, we made a comment about the size and he replied, "Well we had it made already so that's what we were giving u". WTH?!?! How are u going to give us what was already made whether we wanted it or not. W/ no topologies. Good thing my friend was in a good mood and accepted it. So we get back to her place and noticed they missed the double stax. So we called them and the said to come back. We were handed the hamburger w/ no topologies or any extra anything for the trouble of...
