This is part of Cadillac Jacks Honkey Tonk and Saloon. Upon entry you walk down the entrance to a room with a bar, seating, and a dance floor for line dancing. To the left is a large billiard room. Both rooms have restrooms at the back. Turn right and find the Forbidden Lounge at the end of the bar. The Forbidden Lounge is completely different from the country music in front. The decor is phenomenal. To your left there's a bar. There are booths decorated with ivy on the walls and floral hanging vines above you. Then at the back of the room there's this awesome little room with two completely wonderfully comfortable large couches against opposite walls and a chair at the head of the coffee table that is in between the couches. It is the most relaxing room in the whole awesome place! Take a few minutes to read the message on the wall near the bathrooms that are in back of the line dancing floor. You will get some chuckles. The whole place is amazing and the service is on point! Outside food is allowed as there is no kitchen or food sold....
Read morePretty damn impressive job inside for decor. Somebody knew what they were doing and didn’t cut corners. Cocktails are another matter. No great tiki bar (Latitude 29, Sumggler’s Cove, Lost Lake) puts pineapple juice in a MaiTai, gotta ding you for that. I know since we were here you are calling it your version of a MaiTai, but any knowledgeable industry person would call it an inferior drink. Other drinks we tried tended to be too sweet and quite one dimensional…. Would have ordered something off menu, but bartender had little desire for eye contact let alone conversation or interaction.Maybe it wasn’t a great day for him, but that should never, ever affect your guests experience if you have your “s” together, so gotta ding you there too. We dropped $100 but will not be back… I’m sure the proprietor will disagree, but that was our experience. ATMOSPHERE: 5 DRINKS:...
Read moreWOW! Upset because truth hurts. I give more stars when deserving. However you will not be around long enough to pull the nose up on this diving plane wreck. A good business person takes these things as an opportunity for improvement. Sounds like you are probably the same unprofessional person that was behind the bar. Perhaps caught you on a bad day but after your response it's obvious you just aren't knowledgeable about how to service customers.
Service should be -10. Walked in on Friday evening, one guy behind bar with one guy sitting at bar. Thats it, EMPTY! We walked in without so much as a Hi, sat down for a few minutes. No one ever came, no one acknowledged, no one said need to order at bar and no one said buy as we left. Never a word, never any service. Looking for spot to meet friends, definitely will not be this place. This guy will do great running off...
