I arrived at the location and there were two employees near the POS on the right as you walk into the KFC.
I said hello and I got zero response, so I motioned toward the aforementioned POS and asked is this where I place my order?
The employee, possibly a member of Management, pointed to the POS on the left but still never uttered a word.
I waited at the “ designated “ POs and I witnessed a total of 4 additional employees but not one employee ever acknowledged my presence or my desire for assistance.
It has now been 5 minutes since I had the silent directional finger point of left POS.
Once again, not one employee very explained a shift change or provided me with a time of how long my wait to order would be, keep in mind there aren’t any other customers and after entering my he location a sum total of now 15 minutes.
My order is finally taken, I’m asked to repeat it again, which I obliged. I was then asked what was my side order and I replied with, Mac & Cheese and I reiterated the rest of the order which included an extra biscuit and my desire for a receipt.
Another 3 -4 minutes goes by and I have yet to be given food, my change, the receipt, or an explanation of what’s going on.
I finally get my change and I remind the cashier of my receipt and once again there isn’t any dialogue but a blank look and then all eyes are on who must have been the store’s general manager.
Who then informs me that the receipt machine is broken, and I asked so how will get me my receipt?
Will you print it from another printer or the back Office and this so-called Manager said, the printer is broken and I just accept the epic disappointment.
I selected this fast food location because it had been a while and with the news of Wendy’s closing, I wanted it revisit an old childhood favorite KFC!
Perhaps, Wendy’s should not close and they select KFC’s instead as they didn’t appear to care whether I was provided with any customer service.
I haven’t tasted the food yet but I know that this will be the last time that I ever spend my hard earned money at kFC. $15.87 meal.

Read moreBeing in the food industry for 7 years I have to say that this was probably one of the most disorganized KFC franchises that has really went below standards. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was no one there to greet me. However, there were four other people ahead of me just standing around but turns out to be they were also waiting for their order that they ordered online. And one of those four was from doordash. So, I approached to the front of the registers since no one was there and saw all the employees running all over the place. It came to my attention that they were mostly attending to the people that was going through the drive-thru instead of the people that was walking in to the register to order or to pick up their meal. One lady was very frustrated because she said that she waited for 30 minutes. I don't know if that was true because her obese size tells me that she was waiting for 5 minutes and can't wait to get her hands on some food. Anyway, as I approached I spoke in the language I was raised from my parents which is Spanish. They responded and had my meal ready to be taken from me. Overall, this was a classic case of disorganization for the front counter to greet customers that walk in or need to pick up their order and/or place an order. Heads would have rolled if I was in charge for not having at least 1 associate work in the front counter. Plus, the drive-thru is for people who are in a hurry or just don't feel like coming out of their cars for some reason. In conclusion, you can take a chance in ordering through the front counter or drive-thru. But the safest bet is online because at least you know you have an order...

The quality of service was horrid. I bought both KFC and Taco Bell at this place (yes, they serve Taco Bell too). I got 2 soft tacos and they were completely cold. They were almost raw. The chicken was subpar compared to Popeyes and other KFC’s. We needed some plates and when I asked, they didn’t have paper plates and when I asked for a substitute, they refused to give me anything other than a couple napkins.
Atmosphere. Usually, a Taco Bell franchise or KFC franchise would be remodeled by this time to fit their new ‘look’. Unfortunately, all they have are less-than-ideal (if you have been there you would know) tables and chairs. There is graffiti all over the place and when I walked in, I knew I should not be here.
Cleanliness. Worst for last! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by stains and crumbs on the floor. I was appalled by the condition and I should not have stayed longer. I was tired and hungry so I just dealt with it. The bathrooms are also filled with graffiti and the smell is horrific. The outdoor isn’t much better. When I walked out, I saw a hose dripping some type of liquid out of the ceiling. It smelled of sewage and you could tell that the staff did not care. Their workplace was filthy, but none of the staff seemed even fazed by the condition. As a resident of Los Angeles, there is a neat concept called health inspections. I feel that if this restaurant were to do this, they would immediately be closed.
Overall, this was the worst fast food experience I have ever felt, and I will not...
