Disappointed with Cold Pizza and Poor Customer Service!
I recently placed an order with Domino’s Pizza that cost myself and dear Friend a total of $144.00 expecting a satisfying meal for my family and Guest during New Year's Eve.
Unfortunately, the pizza was delivered 2 1/2 hours late which caused the order to be delivered cold, which was both disappointing and unacceptable given the price for the amount of money we spent to feed our guests to receive cold pizza and bad service.
Trying to contact the Store Manager or regional manager has been a nightmare, getting the runaround no one willing to provide who’s in charge… (so no one could get in trouble for their behavior) The last person I spoke to was Jackie! 1.1.2025 She was absolutely Impatient in providing or trying to resolve the issues and interrupting while trying my best to Express my issues but couldn’t put one word out before cutting me off!
To make matters worse, the customer service I encountered when trying to address the issue was unhelpful and dismissive. This experience has left me questioning whether Domino’s values its customers and the quality of its service.
For a company that prides itself on speedy and fresh deliveries, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves both its delivery standards and customer service to ensure no other customer faces a similar experience.
I have never in my years ever bad (that I had to write go to great lengths to write this kind of review) experienced delivery service this from a pizza company.

Read moreDownloaded the app today. Thought I'd order a couple of pizzas for the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. Got 2 pizzas and an order of the bread bites with 4 sauces. Family member went by store, picked up order. Got home missing 2 sauces and the bites. It's a 15 mile 1 way trip to the store. Called store and have been on hold for 15 min listening to ads which extoll the greatness of dominos.
LATER...
So far it's a 100% utter failure. Placed calls to the store and its been 40min. Finally someone answers and he tells me "We're not even supposed to get calls here at the store"...Not unexpected given it's a 100% failure at this time. Need to get a manager..... Manager picks up, tells me he can't give a refund for the missing items.... We have a discussion....He says "Under this circumstance I can refund the full amount." So be it, I'll see if the refund actually comes through. Not expecting much.
Probably over kill but these large companies kind of stink when it comes to customer relations. Don't know what the franchise owner thinks but looking now at the reviews it seems this store might have...
Read moreTwo times in a row now i have received cold nasty pizza. I wasnt going to post anything but they asked. Second time I only waited around 10 min. First time my order said two minutes ready. Waited until screen said done before I went to the cashier. She said it wasn't ready yet even though the big screen said it was. The cashier told me she would call me when it was ready. After 10 min I went and asked her again she said no it was not. After 5 more min I went up and asked a person in the back of the store if my order was ready. She turn and said yes it's been sitting here for about 20 min. I told he I was had been there since before it was ready ,, she handed me the order and walked away. Everything was cold and gross by the time I got home. I know they get busy but the cashier couldn't take the time to turn her head and see my order sitting behind her. Dominos pizza is a step above flavored cardboard and it's cheap. So I will just have to let it go and not go back. We had already paid for it from the Dominos app. Just be warned. Nasty cold...
