Italianette Pizza — Restaurant in Silverton

Update: from 5 stars to 1- and here's why:

Simple mistake of incorrect order will result in another long wait to receive correct food. Made to feel like criminal/dishonest for calling, was told I would have to exchange food with delivery driver. Fine, but don't make out like I'm trying to get free food. Was told no refund on item (baked spaghetti), just the toppings they messed up (offered $3) or I could wait for another delivery (quoted 20 mins, took nearly an hour). Missed dinner with family.

Owner Steve Krimmer was confrontational when asked about policy. Said "for every honest customer we have, we have as many dishonest ones." Well, that is a good attitude to have if you want to lose the honest ones by treating them like scammers.

Just refund the mistake and move on (printed in b+w on house tix and receipt, manager should have checked order). Caused an unnecessary headache for all, and no accountability from Mr. Krimmer. I tipped driver well both times, as they do not receive additional $2-per-order delivery fee from delivering to fix kitchen mistakes (!).

Will not be returning, and if you care about the average restaurant worker, or getting what you paid for, neither will you. Try Brooklyn Pizza & Pasta instead. ‐-------------

I eat here all the time and I always get the Ziti chicken Alfredo, but this time it was dry and the noodles and chicken on top are burnt. It has never been like that when I usually mix around in the bowl it’s creamy and they’re still cream on the side like the Alfredo but this was horrible compared to my previous experiences!! We also got a personal pan, big grip pizza and it’s also dry like they didn’t put enough ranch on it!! We also got a personal deluxe taco pizza and the lettuce and tomatoes that are cold items, that they always put on the side they put it in the same bag as my hot ziti Alfredo, which was hot food along with the sour cream, so the sour cream and the lettuce and tomato was warm!! This is the worst experience I have had with them!! I usually love everything about Italianette on Plainfield!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR PAYING $40 FOR A SINGLE PERSON ZITI ALFREDO AND 2 PERSONAL PIZZAS!!!! $40.00 for 3 small items that were well below par, are you serious.?? The Thursday afternoon/evening crew sucks! I ordered carry out, a BLT and a chicken sandwich with the lettuce mayonnaise and tomato on the side because I wasn’t going to eat it right away when I get there to get my food they put the lettuce, mayo and tomato on the side but they gave me the tiniest amount possible even for the BLT and they showed the ramekins inside the bag with the sandwiches so the heat from the sandwiches wilted and melted the lettuce and tomato anyway which defeated the purpose of getting it on the side. Then they acted funny when I requested more lettuce and tomato for my bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich.. in the past my orders have been correct with the exception of them for getting my wedges once but they did give me a credit for it. But I’m very reluctant to order from them again because it’s a Thursday evening crew that was goofing around in there instead of getting orders accurate gave me the worst BLT I’ve ever had with four strips of dry old bacon. Food cost too much these days to have people short you on quantities while overcharging you and getting your order...
