Picked up a jalapeño cheddah bagel from this lovely little vegan family at the East Walnut Hills Farmers Market—for my husband. Turns out, he's not a savory bagel guy. No problem though. I loaded it up with some cream cheeze, nooch, and salsa, folded that bad boy like a taco, and blasted off to the moon. 🌝 The quinoa flour gives it a nice bounce, and the pocket of melty jalapeño cheddah Incredible. Best gluten free bagels I have ever had in 14 years of being gluten free! No dairy is a huge bonus as well. The carrot cake bagel is a real treat, and the everything bagel is so full of flavor. Love to eat them toasted or use them for sandwiches as well. I absolutely love that they deliver, because the best gluten free goodies are always sold at small coffee shops and casual eateries out of the way. The delivery service has been fantastic as well!
