The ice cream was great , and the service lady was friendly , however the whole area surrounding the place was practically a no parking zone , closest place to park was almost a block away and the area was filled to capacity with cars . This meant investing an arbitrary amount of time getting there and an arbitrary amount of time returning to your car , for me it just wasn't worth the extra time , although the ice cream was tasty and fresh. ( I snuck across the street and parked at the gym , with a million signs saying no parking unless your a member of the gym ,or they will tow you , lol )...

We drive from Madeira to this place - it's a great ice cream place for selection and price. They do offer a handful of snack items beyond the ice cream items. This is a walk-up place with no bathroom access. There are 4 benches on the sidewalk or just walk to the end of the block where there's a park with picnic tables. For parking note that you should not use The one across the street (risk being towed) - there is a free lot a half block further from the shoppe. This is right beside italianette pizzeria so you have the option of ordering your pizza and having some ice cream...
