I was disappointed twice expecting a delicious meal at 1am. The first time I ordered the soul bowl, I paid and waited for my food a long period of time. Nothing in the bowl had to be cooked right then so I was a little annoyed since I called in the order. What really did it for me was finding out that a key ingredient was missing only after overhearing another customer complain as I was being handed my order. My greens were substituted with cabbage without anyone even asking me or letting me know. I would have just got home to find out the error. I waited so long and was hungry after getting off work so I just took my food and left.

Tonight, I suggested the place to a friend bragging that we could get soul food at 1am. I ordered the soul bowl again and waited an hour and 15 minutes only to find out a key ingredient (the mac and cheese) was missing. My friend's quesadilla was so burnt it was inedible.

Be upfront with your customers when they place orders if you cannot fulfill them, perform quality control checks and don't serve food that doesn't meet standards, and come up with a system so people are not...

I placed an online order last night that said it would be ready in 30–35 minutes. I drove 30 minutes out of my way just to find your business completely closed. No heads-up, no communication. I called, messaged on Instagram, and got absolutely no response—not even today after calling all day trying to speak to someone about a refund.

When I walked in it was very hot inside, they took my order. I got 6wings and fries and a salmon quesadilla, koolaid, and cake. My total was 50$ I thought that was very expensive for the quality. I had to wait over a hour. The quesadilla was good but the wings dry big and salty. The fries were old and drowned in lemon pepper. I had to take my food back inside because I wanted new fries.
